I find the staff and carers helpful. My current carers always show me dignity and care. They dont rush, they take their time, and I feel safe and secure with each one of them. They are genuine people who respect me and my needs.

Just wanted to acknowledge how wonderful all your staff were in looking after my mom who had vascular dementia and Parkinsons during her final five days at home.

always wished for. We are so very grateful that Diverse carers were arranged to come in four times per day to attend to Mom, although she was not known to them, all the ladies were really lovely and helpful and they treated Mom with the utmost respect and attentive care. My sister-in-law and I were able to be there to ensure Mom would never be on her own.
I have to say, although it was a very short time that Diverse Carers were attending to mom, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them based on what we witnessed. Thank you to you all.

I would like to say a big thank you to Diverse Care for the excellent care and support of my auntie between March 2021 and May 2022. My auntie had four visits a day and these enabled her to remain in her home despite being bedbound 24/7. Special thanks to the staff who did her weekday mornings and lunchtimes

For the last 3 years Diverse Care has looked after my mother-in-law who has dementia in an amazingly brilliant way. I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their loved one to be well looked after. The caregivers at Diverse are wonderful, they truly cared for my mother-in-law and often went above
and beyond their 'job' - they treated her with such love and compassion, giving her extra attention when needed and worried about her when she wasn't well - I truly cannot fault them - they are stars. The app, offered by Diverse, enabled me to see detailed notes relating to every carer's visit (4 times a day) which was invaluable for me, living so far away - I was always kept fully informed. The management was great, answered my emails promptly and always solved any issue I had. In summary - if you're looking for a good attentive care service then do try Diverse Care, you won't be disappointed.

This agency looked after my grandma after she had a stroke, they couldn't do enough for her and we were so glad of the help.

I’m very happy with the service they provide to my mother. They are very professional and ensured person-centred care is in place for my mother and ensure her best needs are always considered when providing the care for her. They never let us down and always deal with any issues we have in a friendly
manner and deal with them well.
