Very enjoyable. Good to meet face to face rather than by phone, as I can seldom see anybody. I have a lovely regular carer weekdays, and hopefully any weekend problems can be resolved. Weekends lack continuity and often times can be later than I like, and if changed, I would like to be informed.
We sincerely apologise that your weekend care has lacked continuity and experienced late arrivals. This is not our standard, and we are looking into it immediately.

All carers have been polite (bar one), friendly, and professional. The office staff have been great when I have requested a change of carer. I would not hesitate in recommending your services to a friend.
