The staff make me feel lovely and happy and others others are in it for the money but like the staff that make better in me.

Very impressed with the service from Home Care Perfection My Sister Heather has four visits per day by various carers and receives excellent care. I am always contacted if there is a problem. The office ring me regularly to see if we need any extra elements to her care package which is re-assuring . All the staff I have come in contact with are very friendly and show genuine concerns regarding my sister's well being . My sister is being well looked after and appreciates the care and attention she receives.

All good so far. My mum enjoys meeting the staff and they make her feel as though she has agency over what happens to her. This is really important to us. The companionship offered is also really valued. The staff are helpful and flexible in their approach.

Home Care Perfection provided a very good service for my dad who was struggling to live independently due to having Parkinson's. My dad had to move to a care home within a few weeks of the carers starting due to a decline in his health, but we were grateful for the care and support that was given to him during that short period and would recommend Home Care Perfection.

The staff are always very friendly very caring towards my sister. I do they struggle with places to go during her 3 hours. She always seems to have enjoyed herself upon their return and is very happy to go

The team from Home-Care Perfection has been excellent. The caregivers are kind, patient and understanding of my mother's needs. Some have gone above and beyond what I would expect, which has made a big difference to my mother's mood. Whenever I have an issue or need something extra, I know it is a phone call away, and the change is made quickly.

On the whole, my experience with Home-Care Perfection is good most of the carers are excellent. They are very kind and understanding with my Mother who has dementia and is quite challenging. She seems to be quite happy with most of them.

I find the service good to fair but I do think it would be better if a daily message was sent to me to tell me how my mother is because she has dementia some days she says nobody came or I got no food, so it would give me peace of mind to know these things. Hope this helps improve your service.

Just 1 male carer who didn't understand how to support mum with food etc. All other carers do what they can to help and support Mum.

Before finding Home-Care Perfection we had lost hope that any home care company in Bradford would have the competency to be in the care industry. We cannot thank the management and their team enough for their hard work.
