Noreen who looks after my Mother goes above and beyond caring for her. I feel happy to no my mother is cared for and is in safe hands . When I'm not able to due to working full time. Any problems the company lets me know straight away. I would recommend this company to care for a loved one

I first contacted Patience Healthcare for a carer to help with my dad but I needed a punjabi speaking carer. At first I was reluctant but I was put at ease by the middlesbrough branch. The carer who comes to visit my dad is absolutely brilliant. She is aware my dad has dementia so is constantly probing him with questions and making him laugh. This is important as it makes my dad think and gets him to respond to her so hes not just sitting in silence. My dad looks forward to her coming each week. She is prompt and very friendly. Most importantly she puts my dad at ease and gets him to talk, laugh and even do some exercise on his bike whilst she is here. The branch itself is very good and helps me whenever I need the help even if its last minute.

I have to ,give much thought to my health because without me being around, my wife would be in a difficult position,

I want to express my gratitude to Patience Healthcare for the wonderful care they provide for my mum. The carers are compassionate, attentive, and always make her feel valued and comfortable. They go above and beyond to ensure her needs are met and that she feels safe in her home.

I also really appreciate the office staff, who are friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. Their prompt responses and excellent organisation make it easy for our family to stay informed and confident in the care my mum receives.

Just wanted to say that this company is amazing. The service is amazing. Carers always turn up at the right time. The service they provide is amazing always ensuring that clients needs are always met. Carers are always happy and ready to help. Always putting their client at the heart of their service. Careers always make sure jobs are done before they leave even if that means staying an extra couple minutes.

Very good company And all the staff is very good if any issues or any problems with clients or any career related they always solve it quickly. We are very happy with this company if more people can get help and support they welcome to help them .

Patience Healthcare have provided care services to my mum for over a year now. They are flexible and cater to my mum's complex needs (dementia). They are always attentive and review often with spot checks. The carers provided are well trained and equipped. One carer has been especially helpful and reliable to my mum's needs.

The company is very thorough and detailed, and available for any advice or feedback. The carer who is allocated to me, is kind, caring, professional and goes above and beyond of what is expected of her. I am extremely satisfied with her work and empathy that she demonstrates while looking after my mum.

Grandma enjoys the activities provided in the leisure days she attends the centre but does not like the food served. However she is pleased with the care provided by support workers and looks forward to them.

The manager who works in the office is very helpful as is another lady who is one of Careworkers

The care for my mother has been nothing short of a miracle.

My mother has used this service a few good year now we have had our ups and downs but over all we are very pleased she has adjusted well to the carees and they to her, her carers are very helpful polite and have made her feel safe her daily life has massively improved thnx to them.

Overall we are happy with the services provided, there are a few points we would like to see improvements on. Please call us in regards to these issues so we can all benefit from the highest standard of services you can provide.

I'm happy with the patient care from the carers, they have a standard in the cleaning and preparing food for me . They know how I want my food and how I want my cleaning , I don't have to say . I give 10/10 review on their work , they come with full ppe and uniform , they come presently and clean . Love the work they do and never change it .
