Patience Health Care has provided care and support for my mother since 2023 to the present date.
They are an excellent company and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anymore requiring care and support.
All carers are always on time, they are thorough with the tasks required for my mother.
They are all pleasant to deal with and provide excellent care.
The management team always take on board any comments or queries I may have and deal with them quickly and efficiently.
Overall an excellent company and I'm glad I have them looking after my mother's care.

Just wanted to say that this company is amazing. The service is amazing. Carers always turn up at the right time. The service they provide is amazing always ensuring that clients needs are always met. Carers are always happy and ready to help. Always putting their client at the heart of their service.
Careers always make sure jobs are done before they leave even if that means staying an extra couple minutes.

Patience Healthcare have provided care services to my mum for over a year now. They are flexible and cater to my mum's complex needs (dementia). They are always attentive and review often with spot checks. The carers provided are well trained and equipped. One carer has been especially helpful and reliable
to my mum's needs.

The company is very thorough and detailed, and available for any advice or feedback. The carer who is allocated to me, is kind, caring, professional and goes above and beyond of what is expected of her. I am extremely satisfied with her work and empathy that she demonstrates while looking after my mum.

Grandma enjoys the activities provided in the leisure days she attends the centre but does not like the food served. However she is pleased with the care provided by support workers and looks forward to them.
Reply from Neha Woochit, Registered Manager at Patience Healthcare (North East) LtdHi, thankyou for the feedback. Patience Healthcare only runs Homecare not the Daycentre. I suggest you speak to the daycentre themselves. Thankyou again.

When my mother came out of hospital April 2024 Doctors gave my mother "days at best weeks" to live and said nature is going to take it's course, where do you want mum to spend her final days, home or in a care home. I chose home, Patience Healthcare (North East) Ltd were the care provider of my mum,
who from hospital had scabies and had lost a considerable amount of weight. All initial staff, some of whom are still caring for her some 16 months on have achieved nothing short of a miracle as mum - although still bed ridden, incontinent with late stages of alzheimer's have indeed saved and are continuing to save my mothers life. Albeit with the obvious challenges of home care the staff at Patience Healthcare (North East) Ltd have saved my mums life, she is happy, comfortable and very well looked after.
I could not sing the praises of all staff at Patience Healthcare (North East) Ltd enough.
The care for my mother has been nothing short of a miracle.
