Thank your for your kind comments, which we really appreciate.
They send a rota of carers on a Saturday/ Sunday and by Monday change the whole thing round without any explanation.
They refuse to communicate or offer any explanation to emails and questions asked.

I appreciate how my carer has taken the challenges with me. Sometimes I have anxiety and my carer calms me down by her calm talking skills and communication. I feel safe, happy and comfortable around her. I feel my carer can help me to remain calm whilst going out into the community. I look forward to seeing my carer with her positive attitude all through her call. I have a request for my carer to become my permanent carer for my home care as well as community participation activities. Thank you.

Overall carers are excellent.
I have just joined Caremark one week now I must say the carers are very polite and kind and they have been helpful through my hardtimes. The team are very helpful always willing to go extra miles to ensure I am very well taken care of. They also keep me company cat with me, and take good care of me, they treat me with dignity and respect especially during my personal care, always leave the environment tidy. I will recommend Caremark to anyone.
These carers deserve medals for the work and help they provide and they have definitely made my life much easier by their presence. They have almost become part of the family and I would have no hesitation of welcoming them into my home at any time. Their professionalism and advice has been invaluable to me during the period I have been caring for my mother from mid-August 2024 to the present day.

Always a phone call away if I have any problems dad has the same two carers which helps with him having dementia he loves the chats with them and he gets to go out twice a week which his carer never complains about and is willing to take him anywhere excellent care provider we have been with care mark over two years and wouldn’t want anybody else as I trust them completely thanks guys.

In addition, for me the “app” system they have where I can log in and see each action the carer has undertaken during their visit is invaluable both in terms of keeping abreast of his life on a daily basis plus immediately knowing if there are problems!
The supervisor is superb in her fast response to any communication or request no matter what time or day of the week and the office staff are always helpful in dealing with requests.
One of the best things is that he has been allocated a stable number of carers whom he now knows well.

My Mum received excellent care from the carers. They treated my Mum with dignity and compassion. I've got to know some of the carers very well. Felt confident knowing they were looking after our Mum. Like the fact that we mainly have the same 2 carers who look after my mum.
In this way she can build a bond with them.
They provide a very good service always on time supervisor is very nice and always answers our calls very attentively and helpful. The hourly charge is a bit expensive but the overall service is good. (Good work!)

The care he received from Caremark in the last three weeks of his life was dignified and respectful. The carers provided him the care he needed and constantly provided us, the family, updates on how our father was doing. On one occasion the carers called the ambulance service due to concerns around my father's breathing patterns, this showed me there was a high degree of caring.
Unfortunately, on my father's passing it was the carers who witnessed it. They were extremely professional, calm and dignified when dealing with what they were confronted with.
On behalf of my father, myself and my family I would like to extend our wholehearted thanks for assisting in the care of our father in his last days. Many thanks.

I would just like to say how wonderful the carers are who look after my dad, no job too small, if I have any problems I can phone the field care supervisor who is like a magician and sorts it out straight away. Honestly it’s the best decision we made, they hold a special place in my heart, I have nothing but praise for them all.

I am the Director of Caremark (Leeds) and run it along with an established team who are very passionate about high-quality person-centred care being delivered to each and every customer.
At Caremark (Leeds), we pride ourselves on ensuring the best possible care and support for individuals who choose to live in their own homes and empower them to remain as independent as possible.
Keula De Barros was inspired to enter a career in care after seeing how her father struggled when he became very ill and needed a kidney transplant. She joined Caremark as a Care Assistant before becoming our Recruitment & Compliance Officer. She was promoted to the position of Registered Care Manager in January 2025.
Simran joined Caremark Leeds Bradford in December 2022 as a Home Care Assistant with the vision to improve the quality of life for people who are unable to fulfil their daily needs and to make them feel independent. After working for almost a year, she was keen to use her management skills, so she was promoted to Care Coordinator for the Bradford area. Simran says she is honoured to provide quality care for others and to know she is making a difference in people’s lives.
Silvia joined Caremark in November 2024 as a Care Coordinator for North & South Leeds. She has 10 years of experience in the care sector, including 2 years as a Dementia Support Worker and is focused on providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and their families.
Cherie joined Caremark as a Carer in 2019 and says being able to help people and witnessing their happiness truly filled her heart with joy. She thoroughly deserved her promotion to Care Coordinator covering the south and east of Leeds.
My care journey began when my brother sustained brain damage after being assaulted during a robbery. Supporting him through that incredibly difficult time awakened a deep passion within me for helping others during their most vulnerable moments. Caring for a loved one revealed a natural instinct and empathy in me—one that I soon realised I could extend to others in need.
Since then, I have worked with various care organisations, gaining hands-on experience and deepening my commitment to this field. Eventually, I was given the opportunity to relocate to the UK, where I have proudly worked as a care professional for the past two years.
I am known for being reliable, hardworking, and compassionate. It is both an honour and a privilege to be entrusted with the wellbeing of others, and I take great pride in making a positive difference in their lives every day.
Shamiso joined Caremark in 2024 as a Carer, beginning her journey in care during the pandemic. Her dedication and compassion quickly led to a promotion to Senior Carer, and she now serves as a Field Care Supervisor for Leeds East. Shamiso describes care as her true “passion.”
Sarah has over 15 years’ experience working in the care sector, and as a Field Care Supervisor, she oversees the work of Care Assistants in her area, as well as continuing to deliver care herself.
Dorsa joined Caremark in January 2024, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in account management and administration. With a keen eye for detail and dedication to accuracy, Dorsa ensures that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Jemima joined Caremark Leeds Bradford as Marketing Officer in June 2025 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a degree in Human Geography. In September 2025, she became Marketing and Recruitment Officer. She supports the team by managing local marketing and communications, as well as recruitment activities, helping to raise awareness of Caremark’s services across the community.
Joanna first joined Caremark (Leeds) as an Administration Assistant, in November 2009. She helps out with the important day-to-day general office administration; ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly on a daily basis
