Generally happy with the carers and the quality of the care. Some carers in particular work very well with me. Also some are very attentive.
Just a wonderful service, trustworthy girls who treat myself and my husband with the highest respect. No complaints at all.
The carers are helpful. They do anything I ask them. They give me showers. They are a marvellous company. I think the company is wonderful. The manager is very good, concerned and good to me. I want to stay with them forever.

My experience with Caremark Leeds has been very good. It brings me out of my shell when the carers are here.
Workers do a really good job and are careful and steady with my husband. Had difficulty with the supervisor which the manager addressed in a comfortable way.

I am the Director of Caremark (Leeds) and run it along with an established team who are very passionate about high-quality person-centred care being delivered to each and every customer.
At Caremark (Leeds), we pride ourselves on ensuring the best possible care and support for individuals who choose to live in their own homes and empower them to remain as independent as possible.

Ahmed joined Caremark Leeds Bradford in March 2026 as Operations Director. With over 20 years' experience in Operations and Logistics across many different sectors, he has been tasked with leading the team to continue delivering high-quality care and support through streamlined and efficient operations.

Keula De Barros was inspired to enter a career in care after seeing how her father struggled when he became very ill and needed a kidney transplant. She joined Caremark as a Care Assistant before becoming our Recruitment & Compliance Officer. She was promoted to the position of Registered Care Manager in January 2025.

Simranjit joined Caremark in 2022 as a Care Assistant and was promoted to Senior Care Assistant within a year. Her dedication and leadership have now led her to the role of Senior Care Worker. Simranjit plays an important role in supporting customers and carers, helping to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

Silvia joined Caremark in November 2024 as a Care Coordinator for North & South Leeds. She has 10 years of experience in the care sector, including 2 years as a Dementia Support Worker and is focused on providing compassionate care and making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and their families.

Cherie joined Caremark as a Carer in 2019 and says being able to help people and witnessing their happiness truly filled her heart with joy. She thoroughly deserved her promotion to Care Coordinator covering the south and east of Leeds.

Shamiso joined Caremark in 2024 as a Carer, beginning her journey in care during the pandemic. Her dedication and compassion quickly led to a promotion to Senior Carer Worker. Shamiso describes care as her true “passion.”

Joanna first joined Caremark (Leeds) as an Administration Assistant, in November 2009. She helps out with the important day-to-day general office administration; ensuring everything in the office runs smoothly on a daily basis

Yasmin joined Caremark in 2023 as a Care Assistant and has since progressed to the role of Field Care Supervisor. She works closely with customers, their families, and the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. With experience in both roles, Yasmin understands the importance of compassion, respect, and professionalism, and is committed to supporting individuals to live independently while maintaining strong, positive relationships within the community.

Emma joined Caremark in 2018 as a Care Assistant after experiencing firsthand the high-quality care Caremark provided to her Grandad, which inspired her to pursue a career in care. She quickly progressed within the company, becoming a Field Care Supervisor and later a Care Coordinator, supporting both customers and Care Assistants. After taking time away to start a family, Emma returned to Caremark in 2025 as a Care Assistant and has since been promoted to Field Care Supervisor for Leeds North & Wetherby. Emma is passionate about delivering outstanding care and supporting her team to provide compassionate, person-centred support to our customers.

Kristine has a background as a pastry chef, having spent over 10 years working in fast-paced kitchen environments. Looking for a change and a better work-life balance, she transitioned into a career in care. She is now studying at university while working with Caremark, bringing her strong work ethic, adaptability, and people-focused approach into her role in recruitment and marketing.

Chisom joined Caremark as a Care Assistant in 2022 and quickly advanced to become a Senior Care Worker. In her current role, she balances the needs of customers and carers, ensuring that all care is delivered in a person-centred manner.

Saba joined Caremark in September 2025 as a Care Coordinator, beginning an exciting new chapter in her professional journey. This role allows her to contribute to delivering compassionate and high-quality care. She is keen to further broaden her experience, develop her skills, and embrace additional learning opportunities to support the delivery of quality care.

Isra joined Caremark in January 2025, driven by a strong passion for working in the care sector. In her role, she has developed valuable skills in coordinating care and supporting both carers and clients. Isra is committed to her continued growth and is dedicated to helping meet the needs of those she supports.

Marria is currently a Field Care Supervisor for Caremark in Bradford, where she supports both customers and carers on a daily basis. She began her journey with the company as a Care Assistant, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the care sector. Through dedication, compassion, and hard work, she progressed into a supervisory role, where she now helps coordinate care, support staff, and ensure clients receive the highest standard of service. One of the aspects of her role she enjoys most is building positive relationships with both clients and carers, speaking with them daily to offer support, guidance, and reassurance whenever needed.

Adam has been working in care for more than 25 years, starting out as a part-time night care assistant back in 1999. Since then, he has built up a huge amount of experience across residential care, supported living, complex care, psychiatric units and management roles. He joined Caremark Leeds as our Care Manager in June 2026.
