Originally from Spain, Carmen moved to London after studying nursing and has built a career spanning clinical nursing, research, compliance and governance. She brings extensive expertise to her role at Draycott, alongside a BSc in Healthcare, a BSc in Biological Sciences and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Before joining Draycott, Carmen worked across various hospital and healthcare settings, developing a broad understanding of clinical practice and patient care.
