Constantly changes of carers results in me having to tell strangers what I require. Need more stability and wish to have the feeling I have been cared for.
She says she never has any problems.
From my point of view the girls are quick to raise any problems and report back both to the office or myself if I am here. The house looks well cared for as does my sister. They have given me peace of mind knowing my sister is happy with her current carers.
I have been with Extra Hands for many years. This past year in particular has been very difficult health-wise. Whilst I'm happy with all the carers, my main carer is like an angel. If she sees anything she can help with she just does it. I'm so blessed that I have her. Sometimes it is necessary for the company to change your time it can be a bit hit and miss if im informed. I do understand if one or more carers have rung in sick, their priority is getting their shifts covered. It doesn't happen often. I feel I'm fortunate to be with Extra Hands.
I have extensive experience with care companies, visiting, live in, respite etc and Extra Hands are over and above all of them. Always friendly, helpful, nothing too much bother. They remember me when I call (this is all office) and the carers are all wonderful too. In an industry where it feels like there is no one really not just out for profit, Extra Hands feels like the only genuine, caring, reasonable and high quality company out there.
The majority of carers are excellent at reporting any concerns or issues. They are polite and always respectful. They take an interest in what Mum has to say and have a little chat with her when they are here. I am very pleased with the overall service and would definitely recommend Extra Hands.
I find the carers very friendly, helpful, polite and very caring. No problems when contacting the office, always helpful if there is a problem.
Extra Hands are outstanding. I always knew Dad was in excellent hands. I cannot thank the Extra Hands team enough. Thank you.
Good and conducted in a nice friendly manner.
