At first, I was a bit dubious about having strangers coming in to help me as I have always been independent. However, once the staff started coming in I soon realised I could not do as much as I used to, the staff have been very professional in everything they do, nothing is too much for them to do
for me. I have nothing but praise for all of them.

I have been with PRN for nearly two years and have always been treated very well, the office staff keep in touch and are very kind. My carer looks after me so well despite there being 50 years between us, we get on really well. I appreciate everything she does for me care wise and keeping my home tidy.
If only I could walk properly after a knee replacement, I would be happy!

I look forward to my carer both practically, she understands my practical needs and can adjust or show me how when I need advice. She is good to talk to as I have little other company. I am happy with her care. PRN Nursing and Homecare Services were recommended to me by a friend who had benefited from
their services for parents (a GP and his wife, they were friends of mine).

Over the past 9 years, PRN Nursing and Homecare Services have provided excellent care and support for my son who has an acquired brain injury as the result of a road traffic accident in 2005. I have always found their staff to be polite, caring, professional and very supportive of both my son and myself.
Their communication skills are first class and they act quickly in a crisis to resolve problems. In particular, their Care Manager demonstrates exceptional ability and any issues or difficulties my son has, she personally works hard to resolve and directs her staff to ensure a speedy resolution. PRN always go above and beyond what is required of them and they continually have my son's best interests at heart. He feels very much at ease and comfortable with all PRN staff who treat him with respect. They encourage him and deal with him very sensitively and as a result of their hard work, my son lives a much more independent life. I would highly recommend them as a company.
