I find that RV care allow my father to have the life he wants, being in a situation where he has mild dementia but is not able to look after himself I believe without them he would have had to go into a care home, they end to end care is invaluable

The care has been exemplary, which has enabled my Mum to remain independent in her own home. There is always someone on call to talk to about anything that needs to be discussed. Mum loves the company when visited. The care is streamlined to her individual needs which may vary on each visit. They are quick to report anything of concern and monitor as required. They are friendly, supportive to the client and family alike and try at all times to help with any care requests as promptly and efficiently as they can.

RV Carers are angels in my opinion, They are so caring, professional and friendly who go above and beyond to help and support not only their client but also the immediate family. Nothing was never too much trouble and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help and support with a family member.

They are without doubt the best care team l have had the privilege to know.

RV care visit my mum every day for once a day package of care. There are some days they are the only contact that she has. Not only do they support with her personal care, they check on her well-being since she suffers from vascular dementia. I know that she has a very close fondness of the team. They are always very polite always very kind and help with just the little things that ensure she has a quality of life. I know Mum would be lost without them and so would I.

The system they run is easy for the carers to enter up-to-date notes and access.

The team at RV Extra Care have been absolutely wonderful , my mum was suddenly admitted to hospital with a stroke and we took on RV extra for help when she came out of hospital to care for her. The carers are fantastic , always punctual , extremely helpful and have become friends not only to mum but also to the family , they offer not only high quality care but also friendship and kindness and companionship to mum , they have always contacted me if any problems or if her pills are running low , or even if they think mum is a bit down , they have proved to be invaluable , and even though mum could maybe take care of herself now , we have still kept RV Care on , because it gives us as a family peace of mind that mum is in good hands , I would highly recommend the team at RV Extra , they are all wonderful .

I have been very pleased with the service that my aunt has received. The people that come to her house are always helpful,efficient,professional and kind.they arrive on time and do what she requests them to do.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them especially after the first care team we had were the complete opposite so we were all pleased to see what real care at home was.

RV were one of the agencies that the hospital recommended on Mum's discharge. We had heard of them and felt they were the ones to choose. We found them to be very efficient and Mum found the staff friendly and easy to get on with. We would definitely use them again in the future if nessassary and will definitely recommend them.

Since May of 2024 I have been in receipt of a care package provided by RV. I have found all the carers to be very conscientious in their duties, but equally important always of a bright and cheerful attitude, which makes the fact that one needs carers a lot easier. The client gets a weekly list of the carers who are going to call, and what time they will be calling and the timing is always perfect. Also, is the fact that you may change the length of time of the various visits [in my case 4 a day] Lengthened or shortened as is necessary. I feel that it is important to add that the carers are always willing to do that little bit extra in terms of just tidying up the room or just folding up a little bit of washing or something else of that nature.

My carers are a wonderful help in every way. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always cheerful and always reliable. They are my friends.

Exemplary service throughout. So respectful, gentle and cheerful. My husband was a very private person but felt at ease with all the wonderful carers, he looked forward to their visits and was so grateful. I couldn't have coped without them, they reassured me at all times. Thank you so much.

RV Extra Care have been looking after my father for 10 plus years. Over those years, the carers have adapted to looking after Dad's needs. To begin with, Dad could climb stairs and slept upstairs. He was mostly Independent. Dad had MS and Dementia. My dad's wishes were to remain in his own home for as long as he could. I can honestly say without this team this wouldn't have been possible. They were skilled and able to change dad's care according to his needs. They were on top of symptoms, Dad's mood and any new needs that he required. Any changes were reported and acted on swifly and this is how Dad was able to stay at home. We were able to make changes as we heard about them. RV were great at adapting to the changes, hard working, flexible and excellent communication skills . RV became an extended family for Dad and for us when we visited. I would highly recommend them.

We feel we have struck gold with RV Extra Care. They are brilliant with my husband who is often in severe pain and has no mobility, along with other health issues. The whole team handle him with great care, respect and dignity, always cheerful and professional. We couldn't wish for better and would recommend RV to anyone.

RV care have been brilliant with my mum. The carers have all been very kind and considerate. My mum used to be a dinner lady and was so pleased when any of the staff remembered her from their school days. It is brilliant to have a local agency with local staff. This has helped tremendously with my mum who tries to be very independent. The staff are always very patient and helpful to her. I have had to change my mum's weekly rota a few times and the office have always been helpful, nothing seems too much trouble. It is a great team from management through to all the carers.

RV provided the best care possible and the carers became more than carers to my mother. They treated my mother with the respect she deserved and I had the confidence to know that even though I lived over 150 miles away, I was happy in the knowledge that she was safe and was able to support her live-in companion.
