We would have absolutely no hesitation in continuing with CHD had Neil's needs not so suddenly altered and would be very confident in recommending them to others.

I cannot thank CHD Living enough for the short time that they cared for my Mum which unfortunately was cut short due to her not being able to live independently at home anymore because of her increased frailty. From the start they were extremely caring, professional and friendly, the manager took time to come and see Mum whilst she was in respite to find out all about her and her likes and dislikes and my Mum was really impressed with this. The carers that looked after my Mum daily were amazing, they struck up a rapport with her immediately and certainly brightened her day. My Mum had nothing but praise for them and was only sorry that she'd not been able to use them sooner than she did. We would definitely recommend them without any hesitation.

I really hope CHD look after their team well because she is amazing. We would highly recommend her to others and would like her to accompany us again on another trip. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

The care agency, CHD Care at Home, have always been very helpful friendly and professional. The carers they provide are always on time and excellent in their service. If I have reason to cancel them at any time, the office staff are always very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.

I am very happy with the service. The carers are extremely professional and always very caring. They treat my mother with thought and respect as well as coping with her complex needs. The staff at the office are always helpful and will deal with any concerns.

My dad is well cared for. The carers look after him with kindness and are always cheerful. His medicines and food are scheduled per the doctor's instructions. This can include checks on his pain level and taking his temperature if needed. He is happy with his care.

Friendly caring staff, we and mum are very happy with her care providers. Those that visit on a daily basis are amazing and compassionate, as are the office staff who are always very accommodating with any changes needed, which are dealt with very efficiently.

My uncle is well supported at home by CHD Care at Home his home care provider. He has received vital assistance with personal care and general support for several years. We appreciate the daily help that is offered to him.

Over the past year, the carers have been a tremendous help, providing visits twice daily. This month has been especially important as they assisted her in preparing for a couple of appointments. However, it's not always easy for them; there are times when she declines assistance and expects us to take care of everything! We're very grateful for their help.

The carers look after my dad four times a day and help him with getting up and dressing. He can be a bit grumpy, they have a chat with him after they sorted out there tasks. They arrive more or less at the times allocated and I am very happy with the service the carers provide.

My mother engaged CHD to assist her following a fall and received assistance at home with early morning visits for almost two months. Her care package was assessed very professionally, and the carers were timely and provided invaluable support during a time of need. We feel that my mother's rehabilitation has been greatly aided by the support provided by CHD.

I know my family feel very happy and contented with the excellent care I receive not only from the nurses but the staff in the office.

The care that my uncle and my aunt received at home was both compassionate and very helpful. I am particularly grateful for the support and information they provided to me. I am certain the care they received has aided their comfort and independence.

My best carer comes on Saturday morning and evening to help me dress and undress, washes my back and legs and feet, puts cream on my legs and feet and puts my washing on and puts it in the spare bedroom to dry in the evening. One other carer comes on other days and doesn't do all this.

In general, most carers look after my mother very well with decency and respect. They dispense well her medications and suggest improvements where appropriate. On occasions there has been a little conflict with live-in carer and how she handles things, they should all work together and not against.

Carers are helpful and meet all my needs!
