CHD Care at Home - Southwest Surrey

My regular carers come to visit me three times a day. They are always punctual, wake me gently and treat me with dignity and respect. They look after all of my personal needs. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and have got to know me very well. I am often in a lot of pain, they always make sure that I am ok in bed and as comfortable as possible when they go. Always friendly and chatty, my regular carers brighten up my day.

I have received care from this company for approximately nine years now. The professional standard and dedication of the staff, particularly in the latter years, have been excellent. Very friendly staff that accommodate my needs to fit in with my hospital appointments when necessary. I look forward to seeing my carers twice a day and love my phone calls from the office staff who keep me well informed of any changes. Overall, now very happy, thank you.

Lovely carers, very pleased with the care provided for my husband. They are all experienced with my husband's condition which is Parkinson's and dementia. They are doing a wonderful job.

I think that so far they’ve been always amazing, friendly, patient, nice and lovely! Amazing, wonderful, brilliant, excellent, friendliness, and I go to my college which I think is always a pleasure to have my carers come with me, funny and positive staff and I think that I would definitely recommend this to some disabled people to have care in their houses now and because I think that maybe what the best part of their jobs is whenever they can see some smiles on their clients' faces.

We feel reassured that my mother is receiving reliable care, and most importantly, is able to remain in her own home, for which, she is extremely thankful.

I have two family members who receive a service from the manager and the team. The team are well managed, very personable and responsive. The support workers are lovely and have got to know both my family members well. Continuity of support worker is very good.

All the office staff are also very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed advice on an issue I always got a swift positive reply.

We feel extremely lucky to have found CHD Care at Home; they have looked after my mother so well, and she has responded health-wise and been better this last year with CHD in attendance than the two previous years when she was trying to cater for herself at home. Thank you very much.

I am delighted with the service from CHD Care at Home - North Surrey. The carers seem happy to help me in all the tasks that need to be done in my home - ironing, helping me cook a meal, putting shopping away, emptying the dishwasher, personal washing, loading and emptying the washing machine. All this help means I can be independent in my home. The carers have an excellent attitude. The management are approachable and address any problems.

Over the years, a large amount of management team has come and gone however, in recent months there appears to be a drastic improvement within the staff and running of the office. The carers that visit my loved one are amazing and the office always deals with any queries efficiently and promptly. I can’t thank everyone enough for enabling my loved one to remain in their own home.

My care workers are always cheerful, considerate and very caring. They generally arrive at the appropriate time, they do not hurry me and will always help with extra tasks such as loading my washing machine.

The carers of your company are efficient and on time in all cases. I would recommend them to anyone who needed care.

Longdene Homecare provides an extremely reliable, caring and professional standard of care for my father. The majority of staff are thoughtful and friendly and take the time to carry out their visits with kindness and dedication. We are very happy with the care that my father is receiving.

We feel very let down by Longdene as the care my mother receives has gone downhill in the last year.

All the carers, except one, are efficient, kind and punctual and completely satisfactory. There have been three occasions when carers have arrived too late, I have not paid as my daughter and I were actually about to leave the house.

We have a shower and shave every other day. All done with dignity and kindness. Never been let down by anyone who has come for my husband.

The persons looking after me in the morning to wash and dress me have been gentle and caring.
