We are both very lucky to have Longdene to give us care and support as my husband is unwell. As a carer myself it's not easy but Longdene are a truly wonderful team. Out in all weather's, nothing is too much trouble.

I have had to become accustomed to meeting a lady, originally unknown to me, who performs personal care. They are friendly, helpful carers and they are performing duties and nothing more. Some go beyond the call of duty, others do just what is necessary and leave The social services provide a minimum
of time, since money is limited. I have had to limit friendship and, especially talking openly about myself, my family and personal details, finances in particular.

All carers are very professionally trained, very caring and appear to be happy in their work. My mum is extremely happy with ALL the care she receives from Longdene Care. She says "They are ALL very good to me". They go out of their way to look after my mum and do go that extra mile when needed. The
managers do an amazing job especially one in particular who visited mum twice while in respite.

We have carers visit my mother 4 times a day. We honestly feel so lucky to have Longdene as the providers. Their staff have all been first rate, very efficient and caring. really cannot find fault with them.

Longdene Homecare have been coming in to my husband for some time. They are very caring people who come to my husband. They try to send the same people all the time and he has got very fond of them. As soon as he arrives he shakes hands with my husband, gets down to his level as he is in bed all the
time and asks what he can do today for him, as sometimes after having a shave it takes his energy away and he can't go on, but they can tell now how he is. Yes, I would recommend them. They also ask me how I am coping, that means so much.

I have been receiving care home Longdene Homecare for one year now with carers visiting four times a day. I am extremely pleased with the service I receive. Time keeping is very good, carers are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Overall I could not fault this company.

The agency is very professional in their work yet maintains a good social bond with my mother, which I see as very important. They are on the whole prompt with the timings of their visits and advise us of any changes which to a Carer is important as my day revolves around the Agency's visits.


The

work ethic amongst the Agency staff is first class and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
