Excellent care, friendly carers who go the extra mile but are professional too. Visits all covered, my preferred times are always accommodated. Office are very helpful in dealing with queries. Would definitely recommend.

Allcare provide an excellent service and have the flexibilty to cancel a lunch visit, as long as we give 24 hours notice minimum, if me or my sister are treating mum to lunch like fish n chips takeaway.
The carers are very caring and provide very good care and service.

The carer made sure they were settled in for the evening with something to eat and drink and could they be of any further assistance until the next morning's call.
During the month everything was in place, the carers were on time and followed what they had to do, nothing
was too much to ask.
Cousin felt during the month the carers helped them get back to normality in giving them the confidence and was able to start doing things for themselves one step at a time.

The ladies at AllCare Plus have been looking after my wife (of 53 years) who has Alzheimers' and Epilepsy since December 2024. Their care has been exemplary, maintaining her dignity at even the most intimate times (she is also doubly incontinent both day and night) so helping to keep her clean, warm and safe. Put simply, I could not manage without the gentle, compassionate care the ladies provide twice a day.
