I switched to Allcare from another agency as the other agency was unreliable and Allcare were more local. Allcare has proved to be very reliable and the care staff are excellent and friendly.

The quality of care given to my father is quite good but I find that a few of the care workers are unable to prepare and cook simple basic food, like cream potatoes or even cook them properly, making a salad, cooking eggs.

I am very pleased with the care I receive from this company.

Excellent staff, all of whom think and care about what they do for me. Once a day they wash and dress me and apply medication. They (two carers) attend for half an hour at a time. Truly magnificent.

The Allcare home care agency are the second agency I have had looking after me. I can honestly say, all the staff (carers) are very kind and thoughtful. They usually arrive on time and do their very best to be helpful and see to all my requirements. The staff in the office always ring if situations change and they have to change the carer visiting or the time of the visits.

I have always found AllCare to be excellent in caring for my elderly parents. They are extremely professional with a friendly approach in providing a high standard of care and support. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they deal with problems as they arise with dignity, without compromise, and always with a smile. I can't thank AllCare enough for their continued support and wish them every success in the future.
