My father had a stroke in late 2021 which paralysed his right side. He spent some time in hospital, and then a care home. He detested both. His greatest wish was to end his days in his own home and Angel Carers made this possible.
Angel provided a live-in carer from April 2022 until Dad died in November 2025. There were of course some bumps in the road, it is very hard to find someone who is the perfect fit to live with and look after someone 24x7, but Angel managed this with tact and diplomacy.
Since Feb 2023 Dad was cared for by Cindy and she was truly sent from heaven. Cindy would chat with Dad when he wanted to, watch a TV show together, or leave him quiet when that was his wish. She was always competent, unflustered and calm, a lovely person. Dad and Cindy shared many laughs together right up to the end.
Thank you so much for such a lovely review, I know Cindy was very happy in placement with dad and we agree she really is an Angel.
Angel staff are very well trained in first aid CPR and use of a defibrillator. I have seen an occasion when this was necessary and was done calmly and competently
Thank you for this review, it is a pleasure to support your dad. We are very proud of the training all are staff undertake. Wed prefer that it was never needed in real situations, but we're grateful it allowed this one to be handled so competently.
I use angel carers to help look after my mum with dementia. They have been doing daily visits to her house for nearly a year now and they have been outstanding. All the carers and office staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are great at communicating and use an app to provide us detailed info each time they come over to the house so I can keep up to date with how my mum is doing and what she has been up to. They will also not hesitate to pick up the phone if they think there is something you need to know. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for care or assistance.
Were delighted to hear that you and your mum are having such a positive experience with us. Communication is such a key aspect of the care we provide, and It's heart warming to know that our team are able to provide the support needed and take care of everything required. Thank you for your wonderful review - We truly appreciate your kind words.
Communication with the office has been easy and also proactive to his needs.
Would happily recommend Angels
We are so glad its working so well, as always a joy to support our clients and family's in the best way we can
One month on and I'm pleased to report it has been a great success.
All carers have been so friendly and just been a gentle check to ensure she is coping. They have done this without Mum feeling there is any intrusion in her daily living.
Thank you to you all, it has given peace of mind. Now I am back home Mum and I have decided to continue with your support.
So glad we've been able to support Mum in away that has reduced the worry for both of you. We are glad this will continue and look forward to many more visits and shopping trips out.
We have been with Angel Carers for 14 months and found them to be very professional with very experienced and friendly carers. Always at the end of the phone for support . We have no doubt in recommending them to future clients.
Thank you so much, what great comments. We are always happy to support our clients and family's as well.
Very satisfied with the support given to my disabled husband and to myself after surgery. All carers are pleasant, cheerful, professional, and adaptable. Your system and flexible approach have proved to be just what we needed at a difficult time. Thank you, we will use you again if necessary.
Thank you so much for a lovely review. We will be here if needed in the future.
Many thanks.
Our aim as a care provider is to support our clients by using person centered care and being adaptable to our clients care needs and wishes. Thank you so much for your kind words and it is nice to read that we are meeting our aims.
All staff are punctual, polite and caring.
Lovely team - always very reassuring and good company. No complaints!
After a disappointing experience with another care company that failed to attend on time with minimal interaction with client, it was a wonder to have Angel Carers attend with respect, good humour and capable staff. The attention to detail and personal report with the client is a delight. Truly amazing.
We thank you for your kind words and are glad we have renewed your faith in the care industry. We always aim to deliver timely, professional care with smiles on our faces.
We cannot fault the carers, they have been caring and compassionate and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you so much for your kind words. At Angel Carers we do understand that often when we start a care package it is not only the client that benefits, also the family and other support network that benefit from the care that we provide for their loved ones.
As the daughter of your client, I have absolute trust in the care, support and compassion you provide my mother and at times you have gone over and above when it was required. You provide care that treats her with dignity and respect. A very dedicated and professional care provider. Thank you.
Thank you for taking the time to give us such an amazing review, we thank you for your kind words.
Angel Carers staff are the best.
Thank you for taking the time to review Angel Carers it is always lovely to hear such lovely comments.
All my carers have been wonderful, willing and kind to me. Though I've been unwell a deal since getting out of hospital my new carers are outstanding, compassionate and calm. Being very independent, this is very important to me.
Thank you for taking the time to review Angel Carers it is lovely to hear that our care workers are providing you with the care your require.
I have found that my friend has been treated with dignity and respect at all times. there were a few teething problems initially but were resolved and now I could not fault her care in any way. The client has had 24/7 care for a year and six months.
Thank you for taking the time to review Angel Carers and to hear that any teething problems were resolved and the care received now is faultless. This is always our aim to provide faultless care.
The strength of Angel Carers lies in their staff. Management must choose their employees very carefully because they work well as a team and enjoy what they are doing. They are looking after my wife with interest and good humour, which crucially means we trust them. I am very glad we chose this company.
It is lovely to hear that we are achieving our goals.
Angel Carers have consistently provided good care for my sister and take into account her personality and disabilities in providing the right carer for her. They are reliable and treat her with respect and understanding. The management team are always on hand to deal with problems.
Thank you for taking the time to review Angel Carers. Our objective is to provide person-centred care to all our clients which involves getting to know the client, not just with their care needs, but as a person. This enables us to provide a care worker who will interact and be able to offer...
Angel Carers, especially one lady, made the whole process stress-free. Her completion of the care needs review time focused on the individual and their needs, carer match, and action to implement. The service was excellent and she took the time to keep us informed and follow up in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Care support from one gentleman was actioned quickly and is a great match with individuals looking forward to their visits. I have great confidence in Angel Carers and feel confident in working with them in future as care needs increase.
Thank you for your review, our aim is to deliver person-centred care with highly trained professional care workers. It is lovely to hear that we are achieving our goals.
The carers have been uniformly kind and well-meaning and have looked after my mum very well. I know scheduling is difficult, but in an ideal world, the morning visit would have been earlier and the evening visit later. If that had been possible, the rating would have been “excellent “ rather than “good”.
Thank you for your review. We do understand how frustrating it can be when we cannot give clients the exact times they would like. We strive to get calls as close to the preferred time as possible. Your comments regarding the care Mum receives and about our care workers we appreciate and it is lovely to hear that our care workers are providing person centred care with kindness.
