As in any organisation the overall quality is dictated and dependent on the management and Audley are very fortunate in having a manager who leads by example and sets the standard for the whole team who respond accordingly. The result is a happy , well motivated team who seem to enjoy their job and provide a first class service.
It is wonderful to hear that our carers have consistently provided punctual, courteous, and supportive care over the past year. We are also pleased that our management approach has helped foster a motivated and professional team, ensuring high-quality care for you. Your feedback is greatly...
I use them to transport me to medical appointments. Very important as our local NHS seems determined to book appointments at unreasonable times and difficult to access locations. It is so much better having a carer with you than struggling with a taxi.
The carers are always on time, always helpful and have been brilliant in this hot weather.
A good example was today, I had had a new fan delivered, mine had broken, and had been unable to unpack it. The care manager arrived with my rota and to look at aids for my bathroom, seeing the fan, she unpacked and set it up for me.
I would always recommend them to others.
The care manager has built a very good team, in my experience that only comes from great leadership, and there is low turnover of staff.
Thank you for sharing your experience. It is encouraging to hear that our team has been able to provide proactive, reliable, and helpful support, from transport to medical appointments to everyday tasks that improve your quality of life. We are also pleased that the leadership of the Care Manager...
I have been pleased to receive care in my apartment especially at times when most at risk of falling such as showering and hair washing. The care I have received has been kind and thoughtful and at all times appropriate for my poor uncertain mobility. The carers have come at appropriate times with no embarrassment for me or I hope them. My family have less concerns for my well-being giving peace of mind for all.
We are pleased to hear that our carers have provided kind, thoughtful, and appropriate support, particularly during times when your mobility makes you most at risk. Ensuring dignity, comfort, and peace of mind for both you and your family is very important to us, and your feedback is greatly appreciated.
I find the whole service very good, the carers are helpful and very kind and help me do things I can no longer do by myself.
Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that our carers have been helpful and kind, supporting you with tasks you are no longer able to manage independently. Ensuring compassionate and reliable care is very important to us.
Their almost daily visits are very much appreciated.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We are pleased to hear that our carers have provided consistent, punctual, and attentive support following your hip operation, and that their visits continue to meet your needs. Ensuring reliable, professional, and personalised care is very important to us.
The management team are also very professional and well organised and provide me with a weekly schedule of carers and times of visits in advance. So far, I have not had occasion to contact the office staff over any concerns but should such an occasion arise I am sure they will do all they can to sort out any problems.
Audley Care St Elphin's Park support my mother who has early-onset Alzheimer's. The support work they provide is excellent. They often go above and beyond their role. They are friendly, conscious, and truly care about helping my mother. They provide me with regular honest updates about how things are going and they are well-organised and cooperative. They try their best and I am very appreciative of their efforts.
My mum receives care from Audley Care as did my father. I have nothing but praise for the ladies who help to look after Mum and this was the same for Dad. Nothing is too much trouble, every visit is carried out with professionalism and kindness. The carers here really do care and they always go above and beyond. I know that Mum (as was the same for Dad) is very well looked after when family are unable to visit. We appreciate everything the ladies do. Management is brilliant, the care managers are always helpful, well organised and listen t any concerns.
Support and care are excellent.
Audley Care's support to my parents (both in their 90's) has been fantastic. On the management side, they have offered so much responsiveness and flexibility which has been particularly helpful when my parents have returned home from lengthy stays in hospital. The care team are all very professional, patient and kind. We are very lucky to have their support.
We have been using Audley Care since about 2018 for respite care. It is so reassuring that the team now know my mother and treat her with kindness and respect, despite her increasing needs. They turn their hand to whatever is necessary. I am confident that mum will feel cared for while we are away. I can discuss our needs with the Branch Manager and her Deputy and they happily adapt the care plans accordingly. Thank you so much to the whole team for being there for us. You are the best!
The Audley care workers are capable, friendly, and very caring of their charges. I feel very fortunate to have such a professional and efficient service looking after my wife.
My plan covers 2 homecare visits daily for meals and visits fortnightly for apartment cleaning and to shops for special foodstuffs. Carers are asked to get into conversation with me and to assist with taking my dog out each time. Personal care is very seldom required, though this month I was taken to the local hospital for urgent treatment. A watching brief is kept on security (falls etc). All carers are cheerful and cooperative if help is needed. I have said that "I don't know" against Value for Money, as this is irrelevant if you get the care you need in the village here.
My wife has been receiving care from Audley Darley Dale for a number of years and I can honestly say that the care has been very good throughout. The care team has changed over the years but the care received has been acceptable and hopefully will continue. There is always someone available to speak to if you have any concerns at any time. Would recommend Audley Care without a doubt.
I cannot recommend Audley Care St Elphin's Park highly enough. The care, support and time given to us has been exceptional. The staff are kind, caring, and endlessly supportive. Their care has changed both our lives as I have cared for my godmother on my own for nearly 3 years. I can not thank them enough.
They are cheerful and pleasant.
They are all willing to do anything we need.
They are gentle in handling my very delicate wife.
I have been a client of Audley Care for the last 3 months and I have received nothing but kindness, care, helpfulness and encouragement. I am very grateful.
I find Audley carers to be efficient, caring and friendly and go out of their way to help with any problems I may have relating to my wellbeing. Their timekeeping is excellent too. The staff are friendly, efficient and eager to help, should I need it.
The carers are lovely, friendly and good at the job they do which can sometimes be very difficult. They go out of their way to offer help and advice which I appreciate and thank them for.
I've been with Audley for about five years and never had any problems. I get on well with all the carers. I'm treated with respect. Office staff are very pleasant.
