Satisfied with all the help.

The carers here are really good and considerate. The billing has not been good for the past five years. I hope it improves. I do not actually have "care" at the moment just as housekeepers. They "care" for me well. They are not trained as housekeepers, unfortunately.

Everything is straightforward. We find the carers are all very pleasant and helpful. Although visiting times cannot be always agreeable! We feel this is due mainly to staff shortages.

I would highly recommend this agency. They have looked after my mother and sister-in-law for a couple of months now and have been marvellous. They have been able to increase visits at short notice after hospitalisation and are always pleasant and respectful. Thank you very much from a grateful family!

I have been with this company for at least six years and have found them very kind, helpful and satisfactory in every way. I've not need for furth remarks, all been said.

Audley carers have exceeded our expectations in caring for my father - to allow him to stay independent at home. They have also helped out in an emergency with care when we have needed it - and also write up a good report of their visit - to enable us to see how our father is. Audley Care at St Elphins Park, have done a wonderful job helping my frail, elderly mother to stay in her much-loved home. My mother loves her carers and describes them as kind, helpful and compassionate. They are very reliable and reached her for care calls even in the dreadful snow we had last winter. The carers often had to abandon their cars and walk to their clients. Recently my mum's fire alarm starting 'pinging' as the battery needed changing, they not only resolved the issue but arranged a safety call from the local fire brigade (which my mum loved!) The office team are helpful, flexible and responsive and have done all they can to meet my mum's timetabling wishes. We are very grateful and recommend them without hesitation.

Before I had my carers I was lonely and found it difficult to do some everyday shopping, helping me with any housework i.e changing duvet covers or anything that was heavy to be lifted. Mainly though it was seeing a friendly dace and knowing that they were coming regularly and would be there to help me with whatever problems I had to face. Excellent.

The carers have been excellent arriving on time except when the staff are depleted due to illness. They have been efficient, willing, courteous and friendly.

The care we receive is outstanding. My husbands care is very good all his needs are met to the highest standard and we start the day happy and a good relationship with our carer. The evenings are also excellent then my husband is settled into his bed clean and comfy for the night.
