Although mum did not have the services of Nightingale Care for very long, she looked forward to seeing the same carer for each visit. Her carer was very willing and in mum's words "I think I have a friend for life". Sadly she did not live long enough to get the full benefit of the visits which were planned for the future.

What’s an important quality a Carer has to have?
To be able to walk a mile in another person’s shoes. To listen and understand their needs with empathy, a caring heart and with dignity.
What’s one moment in your career that made you proud?
Our proudest moment to date would be delivering an outstanding continuity of care to one of our longest-standing clients of over 16 years.
