We have used Bluebird care for around 2 weeks,my husband has mobility problems and needs assistance going to bed and gettingup in a morning.I have had spinal surgery so am ,at present, unable to assist my husband. In a very short space of time we have come to think of the carers as friends. They have looked after my husband, and me, beautifully and would recommend them 100%.Thankyou Bluebird....
Recovering from spinal surgery whilst supporting a loved one can be incredibly challenging, so it means a great deal to know our carers have...
A wonderful service from Bluebird Care (Bury). The staff that have visited are professional, caring, and highly attentive to my mother's needs. I was initially a bit nervous of personal care assistants coming in to help my mother shower. However, the team has been absolutely wonderful, it has brought me peace of mind knowing she is in good hands. I can recommend the service provided from them.
We understand how daunting it can feel welcoming carers into a loved...
Bluebird Care have been supporting my mother since last summer. They are caring and reliable. Both the staff and the management team are very flexible in their approach - which gives me added confidence knowing that whatever unexpected surprises there are it will be manageable between us. Having visits from the same carers also ensures that my mother feels comfortable and reassured as everyone knows the routine. Engaging home care is a big step for everyone - the initial visit and conversation to understand exactly what we wanted was incredibly helpful - he explained that care was tailored to what we wanted rather than 'planned offer'. I can confidently recommend Bluebird Care
We're really pleased to hear that our team has been able to support your mother in a caring and reliable way since last summer. Continuity of carers is something we place great importance on, so it's wonderful to know that...
Carers are efficient and well trained. In my experience they meet a range of needs, are friendly and courteous.
I am very happy with the service provided by Bury Bluebird.
We're so pleased to hear that you have found our service to be both reliable and caring, and that any additional requests for support have been dealt with promptly and helpfully. It's also great to know that our carers have...
We have had a variety of carers over our first two weeks with Bluebird. They have all been lovely & have taken good care of my husband in the mornings when they get him up, washed & dressed & help him from bedroom to bathroom & then to the lounge where he has his special chair. Similarly the reverse happens in the evenings. Bluebird don't come cheap but from our first experiences, they are worth it
We're delighted to hear that you have found our service to be reliable and caring, and that our team has been able to accommodate any additional requests when needed. It's also wonderful to know that...
Great care for my 92 year old aunt with failing memory. I am the closest relative but live over an hour distant. We wanted to provide her with the reassurance that all was well with her and that the basics (food, shopping, laundry) were covered and also that she had another friendly face to see between my fortnightly visits. The Bluebird Team were super at listening to my aunt and helping her make the transition to having carers easy. This is allowing her to live independently rather than in residential care. Thank you.
We know how important it is for families, especially when distance is...
I have been very pleased with the professional approach of Bluebird. The manager has spent time reviewing the care provided with my parents, listened and responded to their asks. The carers are friendly and approachable. They are consistent and have provided appropriate care whilst also supporting my parents mobility.

Thank you for choosing Bluebird Care - we're glad to support you.
On the whole we are happy with the service provided. The main carer for Mum is very good and a great help. There have been ocassions when the carer hasn't been available and replacements have been sent. This hasn't always worked for Mum and it has now been agreeded that I will be contacted if the carer isn't available. The management have always been available and happy to help.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you're happy overall with the service and that Mum's main carer has been such a great help. We also appreciate you highlighting the challenges when a regular carer hasn't been available - continuity of care is very...
For the past few months but in particular the recent weeks towards the end of her life all the carers showed my mother great care and kindness. Because of their professionalism, knowledge and compassion we were able to keep my mother at home as she wanted. All the carers I met, the support staff and management are friendly and approachable. As you would expect with a care company some carers are better than others but overall I would say the standard is very good and would not hesitate in recommending them.
Hello David,Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. It is very much appreciated!
Your staff work so well with my husband especially two staff members in particular they are amazing with him as well as all other staff the the two named carers are wonderful also attend on time and they are very obliging
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a such a brilliant review! It is a pleasure supporting your husband. We agree, our staff are amazing and your valuable feedback will be passed onto the team!
We were lucky to have Bluebird Care for 3 years. Over that period Mum built up strong bonds with many of her carers and those carers were absolutely wonderful with Mum particularly during the last 3 months where she needed additional care. I was very touched that in Mums final days the carers were so kind to both myself and Mum, they sat and spoke gently to Mum and held her hand, they looked after her personal care with dignity and respect. The excellent care provided by Bluebird was confirmed for me when I was given overnight care by the council i Mums final days, it was terrible, I had to ask one of the carers to leave such was the lack of care and respect. Bluebird thank you, you were wonderful, professional, caring and beautiful people, I shall miss you all x
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave our care team this wonderful review. It was an absolute pleasure supporting mum and she will be missed dearly by everyone at Bluebird Care.
They have all arrived around the time agreed and not let us down. They use the key safe to let themselves in and so far this is working well for mum.
If in the future she needs more help, we won't hesitate to increase the hours with them.
Thank you, your service has taken some of the pressure off, knowing you are keeping an eye on her.
Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a positive review. It is very much appreciated!

Hello Megan, thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review! Your feedback is very much appreciated.
Care in the morning for my wife is excellent. We have the same lady most mornings. The care in the PM not quite as good as there are lots of different staff.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review! It is very pleasing to hear how excellent the care is in the mornings. This is what we strive for every day. We take on board your feedback about the care in the evenings and we will do all we can to reduce the number of staff you receive. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review!
Most carers are very efficient, caring and polite.

Mobishir Rawthore has a wealth of experience running a business, having previously been a director of Glancy Rawthore Graphics for over 25 years. Looking for a change in direction and wanting to work in an industry where he would be able to make a difference to people’s lives, he decided to take over Bluebird Care Bury & Bolton in May 2016.
Mobi, as he is affectionately known, has a passion to deliver high-quality care into the community, working with his care management team to ensure that the systems and processes are in place to deliver the type of care “which I would want for my family or relatives”. He takes the lead role within the management team to ensure that the team is meeting CQC standards and that staff are fully supported in personal development by certified training.
Mobi ensures that all staff understand the importance of working in the care sector and putting the customer first. It is of the utmost importance to him that we allow the customers to receive homecare and support while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. This is so we can enable our customers to keep their independence for as long as possible.
Mobi is married to Cath and has two Daughters, Kate and Ella. In his spare time, he is a keen golfer and represents Cheshire County Seniors. He has always been an avid sportsman, having played badminton for Lancashire County for over 15 years.

Kate Rawthore joined Bluebird Care in July 2017 and has played a pivotal role in the growth, development, and success of the business ever since. Throughout her studies, she worked with a wide range of children and young people in various settings, including a specialist school supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. This experience ignited her passion for care and support, and reinforced her desire to build a career focused on improving the lives of others.
"Seeing the positive impact I could have on the development and well-being of the children I worked with was incredibly rewarding. It made me realise that I wanted a career where I could continue supporting people, building relationships, and making a real difference every day."
Over the years, Kate has become a driving force within the business, combining her compassionate approach with strong operational and leadership skills.
