Since using Bluebird Care as my care provider, I can honestly say that they are brilliant. All the girls are excellent at their job in providing a confident service in making what can be a difficult situation into a pleasant and friendly exchange between client and carer. Nothing is too much, at my morning call they will assist me with a shower, wash and blow dry my hair, dress me and then wash and dry any pots, mop the floors and hoover. They even interact with my pet dog.

In the space of a few visits by the carer, it has brought an immense improvement to my mother's quality of health. The carer keeps to the brief, walks, exercises, and prompts for medicine. My mother actually looks forward to her visits and she now has a smile on her face, which has not been seen for a long time. The strength in her legs has improved rapidly but still has a long way to go. Thank you, Bluebird and to the carer in particular, for showing diligence, a great attitude and a lovely friendly presence in our home. We are indebted to you.

Service user has developed a good relationship with the carer over the past 6 months and complying with requests for personal hygiene input that was a problem prior to the staff input.

Feedback from the carer is very good and there have been occasions she has needed outside agencies to be called.

Bluebird Care was able to step in at short notice when we were having a family crisis. The staff were helpful and reassuring and support for our dad started the same week. He has a regular carer who is excellent with him, treats him with dignity and respect. Very happy with the care so far.

Our carer arrives at the agreed time and greets the dogs first. She then clocks on, dons apron and gloves and makes her way down to the bedroom to greet my wife, wishes her good morning and decides on the course of action. Shower or washdown and carry out the task aiding her to change the nappy pants then bringing her up to the living room, sitting her down and then going back to the bedroom to make the bed or change the sheets and pillowcases, bring the dirty linen back up to me for washing. Great!

Excellent service! The cleaning done is to a high standard. The house looks so much better now.

Also, the staff are very pleasant and caring towards my dad. They regularly chat with him, making occasional drinks and more general assistance.

My carer is a really good carer who takes her time helping me and supporting me couldn't ask for anyone any better. I don't like it when you take her off me I'm the client and my wishes should be made so that is the only complaint I have about you.

During my time with covid being a vulnerable patient, 3 members of the team were excellent with my care. I do wish though when times change that the office let me know as they don’t and this can put a strain on my mental health and also interrupt my daily plan.

Every carer is great, nice, p[olite and respectful so pleased with whoever runs up but one issue we don't necessarily know from week to week. Have been late but it is not a regular thing and generally, the last client is not near so traffic causes issues.

I have found this service to be excellent. They are very kind and caring with my husband's care. He has very multiple medical problems although he is very sick with a brain tumour they do take a lot of the weight off my shoulders. He also only has 5% sight in one eye and has problems walking. The half-hour help (Mornings) is of great assistance to both my husband and myself.

The Monday to Friday assistance is done with great efficiency. The girl in question is pleasant and willing to help. Obviously, on a Sunday ( we don't have anyone on a Saturday) the person in question is good but unknown generally to us.

My experience with Bluebird Care has been excellent. I found the management and staff very supportive and professional. They displayed an in-depth knowledge of my father's situation. The office staff dealt with all my calls with efficiency and patience. The carers were always cheerful and hardworking. I know the staff work in a very stressful environment but always give excellent care.
