The carers I have coming in to get mum up in the morning and washed and ready for bed at night are very professional and also caring. They work around mums specific needs very well. They are friendly and get on well with mum and also the rest of my family. I couldn't fault them at all. The office also responds to any changes or questions I have promptly.
Delighted that you are happy with the service, especially at this most difficult and challenging time. All the staff involved will be thrilled to know of your very kind review.
Given these circumstances, I am generally happy with the direct care provided to my dad. There have been some understandable staffing issues which is not ideal as dad was initially advised that he would have continuity of carers. This is the single biggest issue for him and I look forward to life returning to some normality such that this element of dad's care can be addressed.
Anytime I have to ask a question of management or seek management's advice I have been very happy with the responses.
Thank you for taking the time to do this review on behalf of your father. I take on board your comments about continuity and would certainly hope that once we are back to a 'degree of normality, post Covid' that your Dad's service will settle down with the minimum amount of carers advised. We pride...
Bluebird was recommended to us by our Social Worker and we are glad we found them. Thanks for everything you do, particularly in these challenging times.
Thank you so much for your feedback which we value greatly. Delighted to hear Mum enjoys the visits and you get the updates you need via our carer. Will ensure your kind words are passed on to her.
Bluebird is friendly, caring, efficient and very helpful. Professional in every way. The office staff are always available to discuss my sister's situation and extremely supportive of her care.
Thank you for the excellent review and comments Robert and we will, of course, pass these on to the relevant staff.
The staff and organisation at Bluebird was first-class. They are very attentive and informative, and their operatives are professional and really care for my mother.
Thank you for your review. We at Bluebird Care Glasgow South are very proud of the care and support we provide to all our customers and we would love to hear from you to discuss how our service could be rated better. One of our team in Glasgow will be in touch next week.
Cannot recommend highly enough as Mum's two carers have been absolute lifesavers. We lost Dad this year and her carer was in attendance the day he passed away and was wonderful. Since then, both carers have been as much support as family and I don't know what we would have done without them. They manage to cheer Mum up and keep her safe. They offered the same amount of care and kindness to Dad also.
Thank you for your very kind review of our ongoing service for your mother. Your words will mean so much when we pass it on to all the staff concerned.
I have been using Bluebird Care for more than a year and have found the care they provide to be invaluable. It is essential that the care is consistent. This has helped to know who and when are coming.
Thank you very much for the extremely kind review, it's very satisfying to hear. We pride ourselves in the quality of the care we deliver and that is down to the staff we employ, who all go that extra mile for their customers.
From consultation to implementation, Bluebirds service was excellent and terms/parameters clear and comprehensible. The care assistants were pleasant, helpful and understanding.
Mum has an excellent relationship with her Bluebird carer and enjoys their twice daily visits.

Absolutely delighted with the service. Always on time and always with a smile. Very attentive and nothing is a hassle to them.
I am very pleased with the agency I have chosen. The staff are very competent. They seem to be well trained and take an interest in what needs to be done. Very willing to do much as possible.
We used Bluebird Care only for a short period, but they were able to help out in a time of crisis and brought immense peace, reassurance and care to my Dad.
The manager could not have been more prompt in her response, nor more helpful in providing a service.
My Dad enjoyed having them with him.
I had no personal interaction with the carers, and do not always have the information from Dad, therefore I cannot really express views on some of these questions with much real knowledge.
We are extremely happy with the care that our Aunt has been receiving from Bluebird Care for the past year.
The carers are all very professional, courteous, caring and efficient and look after our aunt with great kindness and their attention to detail are to be recommended.

tailor the package to suit the users needs in respect of visiting times and length of visit.
Bluebird Care provides a consistently high standard of care. The carers are pleasant and friendly and clearly committed to their work and to the welfare of their clients. The management team are flexible and responsive to changes in requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone requiring their services.
Bluebird Care has delivered a fantastic level of service not only to my parents but to us as a family. Their team has enabled a degree of freedom from a life that was constrained by continual care to my mum and dad that both suffer from a form of dementia.
Their awesome staff are carefully selected before employment and matched to each service users needs. They have almost become members of the family are known and trusted by us all.
Having had bad experiences with another care provider, it is a breath of fresh air to receive a care service which is able to meet our needs and consistency delivers on promises. I would have no hesitation to refer them to anyone else.
The service we receive is excellent - both carers and management are very accommodating.
Despite our initial concerns of having to trust others with our Mum's care we are very happy and feel confident and reassured that all aspects of her care needs are fully met by efficient, kind and caring staff.
Very satisfied with the service provided by Bluebird Care (Glasgow South). Have been using the service for almost three years and except in instances of holidays/sickness have had the same carer throughout. The management team is small, and therefore provides a more personal service than may be possible with a larger organisation. Very efficient, and in my view always puts the customer first and strives to meet the customer's requirements.
Thank you very much for the extremely kind review, it's very satisfying to hear. We pride ourselves in the quality of the care we deliver and that is down to the staff we employ, who all go that extra mile for their customers.
Bluebird Care (Glasgow South) have really given that human touch to my mum's care which was lacking with her previous care. They are very punctual and go out of their way to make my mum's life more enjoyable. My mum has become very familiar with her care worker and has got into a far better daily routine with them. They are sensitive to the fact that she has Alzheimer's and work around that. The extra company helps her feel less isolated as she likes staying at home most of the time.
In January 2015 following surgery for colon cancer I required personal care and domestic assistance daily for several weeks. Bluebird Care came to the rescue with their bright, helpful and compassionate girls, whose support was invaluable.

Meet the Team (5)
Jane Perry started her home care journey with her husband, John back in 2008 when they purchased Bluebird Care Edinburgh. She has since opened offices in Glasgow South and Ayrshire.
Over the years, Jane has worked tirelessly to ensure she has a good team around her with the same passion for delivering high-quality, person-centric home care.
She got involved in the care sector when she was looking for home care for her grandmother in Glasgow back in 2008, she was appalled at the lack of knowledge, services, and general attitude of the companies she contacted. This set off a ‘light bulb’ moment...
After extensive research, she, after many meetings and careful consideration, chose Bluebird Care as they shared her ethos of providing a good old-fashioned service along with the ongoing support required to get her business up and running.
With Jane’s strong leadership together with her management team, she ensures overall that the interests and well-being of all customers and her team are met.
Working with multidisciplinary teams and integrating with other leaders in the Social Care sector, Jane is still as driven now as she ever was, to deliver the best, home care service possible.
Outside of work, Jane loves listening to music, good food and wine, spending time with her family and let’s not forget taking her dog (and best friend), Robbie for a walk on the beach.
John has worked in customer-facing roles for over 30 years as a Territory Manager with Tennent’s and other account management roles and is acutely aware of the importance of good customer service and the positive difference it can make.
With John’s knowledge and experience, he will normally be the first point of contact when someone is looking for care for themselves or a loved one. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about providing a quality customer service experience. He always takes the time to understand the customer’s needs, ensuring they have all the information required to make an informed decision of who cares for either themselves or a loved one.
Outside of work, John is married to the lovely Jane, and he loves spending time with his family. He has 2 boys; Nick and Adam along with 2 granddaughters; Eva and Alyssa. He is (a long-suffering) Hibs supporter and plays golf at his home course at Broomieknowe GC just outside Edinburgh. You’ll also find him listening (some say stuck in a musical time warp) to 70s & 80’s soul music.
Annemarie was inspired by social care at the age of fifteen, she travelled to Romania to help street children, orphanages, and university students. This passion has spiralled throughout her career, helping her to achieve HNC in health and social care, SVQ 3, SVQ Social Service and Health Care Level 9 and finally SVQ in care service Leadership and Management Level 10.
She has worked in a range of different sectors and settings from young children through to the elderly. Jane and John Perry inspired her to join the team with their compassion, ethos, dedication, and proven track record of delivering high-quality care at home service.
Annemarie is a Registered Manager for our Ayrshire & Glasgow South and has a passion for ensuring her teams keep to high compliance rates, always making sure they deliver high-quality, person-centric home care.
In her spare time, you will find her spending time with her family, especially her children and dogs. Some other favourites are reading, watching films and going to the theatre.
Amanda started her journey in care over 8 years ago starting as a Care Assistant and she is now our Coordinator. While she takes ownership of Ayrshire & Glasgow South, she often spends time helping with our Edinburgh office.
She loves working in the sector as every day is different and being able to help people remain in their own homes surrounded by their home comforts is always extremely rewarding.
In her own time, you'll find her spending time with family and her 3 dogs or she'll have her head buried in a book.
Diane emigrated to Scotland in 2018 from South Africa. She joined the Bluebird Care team as a Care Assistant and still says it was one of the best decisions of her life. Over her time with us, she has progressed from Care Assistant to Mentor to Support Care Supervisor. She is now a Care Supervisor supporting our customers and leading our Glasgow South team. Whilst her focus is Glasgow South, she still supports our Ayrshire and Edinburgh offices.
Whilst the care sector can be sometimes difficult, Diane describes it as one of the most rewarding as you're able to touch so many people's lives for the better.
Diane loves to travel and learn about different cultures; she has travelled extensively throughout sub-Saharan Africa and North America and is now looking to explore Europe in her free time.
