The regular carer is very helpful, she phoned me to let me know when food is running out and toilet paper. She is also helpful at bedtime leaving my mother-in-law's bedtime pants out with her night clothes to remind her to wear them. She is very polite and they seem to be getting on really well.

Bluebird have been responsive to changes in requirements from the timing of visits to the adoption of new showering facilities. Online access to their care management system gives instant access and assurance when last-minute changes to the carer or visit times are necessary.

Service has been very good and in keeping with what I expect from Bluebird. My care was transferred from Coventry to Portsmouth when I stayed with my daughter for three weeks and the handover was excellent.

Bluebird carers are very good. We only used them for shopping and cleaning but when my dad was hospitalised and mum went into a care home I spoke to the office saying I no longer required their care he said he would get someone to call me. This didn’t happen so I replied to an email to tell them I no longer require them. This seems to have disappeared. I have spoken to the office again and by the time I finish paying, I will have given 2 months' notice. The house is empty, what a rip-off. They were well aware we wanted to stop their service. Beware, very happy to take you on, not so easy to stop.

From day one things started to improve and I would say that my mother has turned around 100%. She was clinically diagnosed with unspecified dementia but she looks so much healthier and happier now. The carers that Bluebird provide are excellent. They always treat her with the utmost dignity and respect and make sure that she is safe and has everything she needs. The contact with the agency is brilliant too. They are extremely helpful and always listen to your concerns.
We would not hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care. They are top-notch!

Just started with Bluebird Care after disastrous episodes with previous agencies. Excellent communication with the staff member who handled the paperwork and a smooth handover. My daughter's carer seems to know exactly what she is doing and is encouraging and helping my daughter to become more independent.

Bluebird were recommended to me by two trusted friends, when my mother began to need regular care visits. From the start, the Petersfield branch were really good to deal with, a very professional and friendly organisation. Mum was very pleased with the quality and friendliness of the carers, who she grew to know well. I can't fault the service we had from Bluebird.

The 2 members of staff who are our link people at Bluebird are always friendly, responsive and understanding. The carers have never failed to be anything but caring, having patience and giving encouragement when needed.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care Bluebird have provided for my elderly father over the past year. The carers always treat him with dignity and respect as well as providing his personal care, medication requirements, meals, shopping etc. Communication with his family is exemplary in and out of hours and the Openpass ap is really useful to see how each visit has gone and whether there are any issues that have come up. Infection control measures taken during Covid has been of a very high standard. Bluebird caring for my father has provided all our family with complete assurance that he is being really well cared for.

Bluebird Care at Alton, have been making daily visits for the past 4 years to my 94-year-old mother who is still living in her own home. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The carers are lovely and genuinely care about their customers. Mum has two visits a day and personal care, medication, meals are delivered with friendly and attentive care. The office is well run and efficient and is great at communicating any concerns to me, whether it be as simple as something to be added to the shopping list or a health issue.

Bluebird Care has been providing care for my aunt since she was released from Alton Community Hospital. I cannot fault the service they provide from the office-based staff to the care workers who visit my aunt at her home to assist her with getting up and bathing in the mornings. She also has a visit at lunchtime to help prepare her meals. The staff are always happy to help out with any daily issues that might crop up. My aunt always speaks very highly of all of the carers that visit her and this is great peace of mind for our family. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I can’t praise Bluebird Care staff and carers enough for their commitment in caring for my husband. This has allowed me to have some much-needed breathing space, knowing that I can totally rely on the carers to look after him and that he is happy in their company. They are always punctual and carry out the tasks required for my husband’s care in a cheerful manner which brings out the best in him. In addition, the continuity of having the same carers come to the house has given him more confidence.

I engaged Bluebird in 2014 to provide domiciliary care for my increasingly frail aunt. As her condition deteriorated, this changed to live-in care and now comprises a combination of both. This has enabled my aunt to continue living in her home of 50 years and has helped ensure her peace of mind and stability. I have, without exception, found the care, attention and professionalism of the Bluebird carers and their managers to be excellent. This is all the more reassuring for me because I live 300 miles away and rely upon their advice and readiness to help. I cannot recommend the Bluebird service too highly.

Our Carer was totally aware of the intensity of the situation, the extraordinary emotions involved, was diplomatic, kind and quietly provided reassurance and guidance. She gave us space when needed and was totally there for my mother when a more knowledgeable pair of hands was required.

I have used Bluebirds before but never for a long period. This was a test for all of use to see how they and my grandmother coped. I have been impressed with their professionalism from the management to the carers and know that if I wasn't they'd take the matter seriously. I have no qualms with using them again and am doing so very shortly. I do not have any previous experience with care companies to compare Bluebirds with but I expect to use their services for as long as they're needed without any worries at all.

From the first phone call when I made initial contact, the whole process of using Bluebird has been professional and warm with a fantastic compassionate attitude towards my parents needs and for that I am extremely grateful. Nothing was too much trouble and the fact that Bluebird were able to fill a live-in position in such short notice to help us urgently is both impressive and fantastic to know for the future. My Dad has needed high dependency support and we have now moved on to Day care now that he is more settled back at home with my Mum. The two live in carers who looked after my parents were very caring, sympathetic and incredibly patient. I am very impressed with the standard of individuals who were found very quickly and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Blubird to others in need. Having a live in carer wasn't easy for my parents to accept, but they enjoyed the experience and since they have gone, we have been very impressed with the day carers who have taken over, so I thank you all for your very kind attitude and professionalism. Every time I phone or email or speak to an admin person too, I'm always very well looked after.

We had 3 carers in total. The first person was moderate but the last 2 were brilliant, so caring and hard working. I would definitely recommend their efficient services.
