We are glad to read your positive comments about our care assistants, however, we are disappointed to hear of your experience serving notice, because this is not usually the case for our customers. I have discussed this with the team, and understand your initial notice was sent as a reply to an email from our invoice system, which unfortunately doesn't accept emails and generates an 'undelivered' response. This is likely to be the cause of confusion with your notice, so I will speak with your Customer Service Manager when they return from leave next week, and ask them to contact you to discuss this further.
