Bosworth Homecare: Market Bosworth, Coalville, Measham & Hinckley

We have been using Bosworth care for a couple of months and I was very impressed with how excellent the caregivers are. We started with one call a day so my father could get used to them going in. The ladies that were assigned our calls are so friendly helpful and caring that he excepted them from the first call. Even though I initially only had half a hour calls they never rushed him or left him until everything was done working at his pace. I can not recommend Bosworth enough the office staff are so helpful and can quickly sort extra call if needed and they carers we have had have all been excellent and gone above and beyond what I initially expected

All the carers are very friendly, efficient and caring. They spend time chatting to my husband who enjoys the interaction with the different carers who visit him. The staff in the office are also very helpful and accommodating.

All the carers who visit my mother are excellent. I literally can't fault any of them. They are always cheerful and extremely good at their job. I don't know where we would be without them.

In the absence of family and my father's normal carer, I had to arrange stand-in care for a short period over the summer. Bosworth Homecare have been very flexible and reliable in providing cover when needed from the outset. The carers have been punctual, helpful, skilled and very friendly, building a good rapport with my father. I have felt reassured by the service Bosworth Homecare have provided and the conscientious and professional attitude of all the staff and will continue to call upon their help in the future.

I am happy with the care I am receiving. The staff are very good and things are fine.

Went beyond and above with the care of my uncle, who was a difficult person at times to deal with due to his Alzheimer's. Good communication from all staff. Great team, professional and had a caring approach to their work.

I have found the service provided very good and particularly when an emergency crops up you have provided both cover and correct response. When I have requested cover and transport for Clinics etc. you have always tried hard to meet that request.

Couldn't recommend Bosworth Homecare enough, thank you for all of your help over the last 18 months.

I find that Bosworth Homecare are very reliable. The regular carer is exceptional - very caring and conscientious with a great deal of common sense. I feel that my mum is in good, safe hands. The management is helpful and supportive.

The care team are excellent when interacting with Mum. They are always polite and always turn up within the allocated time slots. Great team with great personalities and a professional and caring approach to their work. Thanks guys.

Simply outstanding! Bosworth Homecare have been supporting my mum for some time now. In doing so they are also supporting my dad, who cares for Mum 24/7. At 86 and 89 years old respectively, they obviously need help and that help is provided by Bosworth Homecare, fantastically. We just had a scare when Dad was admitted to hospital and the care coordinator and the team immediately helped with additional support and care, providing all we requested, in a professional, friendly way. My sister and I cannot thank you enough, you are allowing our parents to stay in their own home as long as possible. The care coordinator is great. Thank you so much!

My mum had care from Bosworth Homecare for many years until she passed away. Carers became friends and were extremely supportive, especially in the later months.

My mother has care in the Barwell area. The girls always go above and beyond for her. I have spoken to the office on numerous occasions and they are always friendly. Thank you, Bosworth, as I know my mother is being well cared for.

My mother receives care three times a week from Bosworth Homecare in the morning as she struggles to get out of bed on her own, the carers are excellent and helps her with everything she needs help with and I can't fault them, nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend them to anyone.

We find Bosworth Homecare very good. The carers coming in are pleasant and two regular carers, one morning and one evening, are excellent. They show they enjoy their job. My husband has more confidence with regular carers and they are nice towards me. It is nice to know who is coming in when possible.
