Thank you very much for services needed for the last six months. My shop call is better, but times vary, which can't always be helped depending on service users beforehand. She will get to me if delayed, please can she phone and let me know. Thank you.
Thank you for your feedback. We always try to be as near to the time allocated as possible, but sometimes this is out of our control. We ask staff to call ahead if they are going to be late. I have sent a memo to staff reminding them of this.
We are writing to thank all the carers for the care you gave to my sister over the years. We really appreciated knowing someone was visiting her three times a day. We know she thought of many of them as friends. Special thank you to one staff member in particular, who she had known since she was a child. Once again, thank you.
My parents get good care, are shown respect, come in good time and usually stay for the allocated time. We normally get the same carers so that is good, as they get used to them and trust is built up.

Meet the Team (5)
I have worked in the Care industry for many years in different roles. I have been the Branch Manager for Bosworth Homecare's Head Office since 2021.
I have been in the Care industry since 2016, when I began as a carer, in 2020 I became the Care Co-Ordinator for Measham, Ashby and Hinckley. I love being in Care as every day is different.
I am the Care Co-Ordinator for Coalville, Markfield and surrounding areas. I have worked in care since 1996, and have been with Bosworth Homecare since 1999. I have done many different roles including Carer, Senior Carer, Line Manager and now Co-Ordinator. I came into the sector because I had a keen interest and studied Health and Social Care in College.
I have worked in Care since 2017 and became a Senior carer in 2019, and I am now a Field Care Supervisor. I love this job as I love helping people and trying to make their lives that little bit easier.
I have been working at Bosworth Homecare as an Administrator for the Head Office and I really enjoy it. I was new to the care industry before starting here, and I have learnt so much!
