My brother had care provided for over two years. During that time, his health deteriorated but the care provided catered for his growing needs. The staff were friendly, respectful and kind. I am writing this to extend my thanks and best wishes to Care Force for the care and support that all the team have extended towards my father. Nothing has been too much trouble and the team of both office and visiting support staff during my father’s recovery from both falls and other challenges has been excellent. In general, the response time for change of instructions has been excellent and I have appreciated very much the fact that you can call, speak to the same management staff and they know you by name and client information which I find to be excellent, thank you. All in all, an excellent and reliable service which extends above and beyond just providing practical care, thank you. The team continue to be supportive, great communicators and in every way possible and helpful, their number one mission is to provide the best possible care to their clients. I have met a number of their care workers and they are friendly, professional and extremely warm and friendly, almost family.

Without Care Force, my mom would be in a care home which she does not want and I would not have peace of mind knowing she is being looked after well.

Very helpful as I can't do things for myself. Most carers are pleasant and obliging. Will feed me, do shopping, get papers and even do practical things sometimes e.g. the carer put up new curtains/changing lightbulbs/ tightening plug on fan heater. The manager will change time if I request an earlier time slot. Company during the days during lockdown as I don't see a soul.

An excellent and caring service.

The care requirements for my elderly mother changed dramatically and very quickly during December 2021. Care Force responded immediately and have put in place a support package to meet her changed needs. All of the people who have been involved have been professional, helpful, compassionate and sensitive to her requirements. The ease of dealing with them was certainly helpful in making a difficult situation less stressful. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The carers that look after my elderly mum, who has Alzheimer's, have been very patient, caring and compassionate. They engage in conversation and make her laugh, keeping her spirits up. They go above and beyond and have given me some helpful tips to make her life more fulfilling. I'm so very grateful to have their expertise and support and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Friendly and efficient team in the office and when providing care for my mother at her home. Always professional, interested and work closely with us as a family to keep our mother safe. No concerns whatsoever. We know we can always ask for their support.

Mom could be a little difficult at times but the ladies were always very good with her.

Mum has needed more care over the last few months, and Care Force have responded often at short notice to any changes that are required. One lady, in particular, has always been so helpful in organising changes to Mum's care plan. The carers have always been helpful and accommodating to Mums needs.

The carers are all very pleasant and helpful. They are very good with my parents, and in particular, with my father, who is showered regularly. They also do breakfast, lunches and evening meals for them. They chat with my mother and also engage with my father, who has dementia. He may only say 'ye' or 'no' in reply to a question, but it means a lot to him, and will always smile and say thank you to the carers.

The care she has received has been excellent and is helping to keep her at home during these difficult times. We are very pleased with all the carers who are helping her.
