Care Force have looked after both my mother and my auntie and have always delivered a high standard of care. The carers were always smart, courteous and helpful. They were professional and efficient. I would recommend Care Force to anybody in need of care.
I always found the carers to be kind and thoughtful and professional. I found it very easy to communicate with office staff and they were always pro-active to accommodate any changes to the needs of my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law enjoys meeting and getting to know the carers and always pleased with the service she received. I would definitely recommend Care Force and thank you for the time we used you
So far, allowing for the different ways people work, I am content with the service provided by Care Force.
The Care Force team were great. The carers were compassionate and caring and they treated mum with dignity and respect. The management team were very professional and responded to changes to the care plan very promptly. They provided extra cover at short notice several times and dealt with cancellations efficiently.
My mother was looked after by Care Force over many months during deterioration of her condition. Carers got to know mum and made efforts to please her and were always very caring. They provided competent, experienced staff. Care Force made themselves available, sometimes at very short notice and at the end of her life, one or two of the staff acted above and beyond the call of duty. I have no hesitation in recommending Care Force as care providers.
They were all very pleasant but very professional.
Without them, I could not have coped.
This was the second time I used Care Force simply because I was completely satisfied with their care the first time in 2016. All of the carers who came to me were very helpful and caring. Bright and cheerful they did all I asked of them in a pleasant manner and contributed to my getting well again. Should I need help in the future I would not hesitate to call Care Force.
Throughout the past 4 1/2 years approximately, I have been very happy with Care Force, being able to speak to the office staff during the week and weekends with any problems or concerns about my mother, throughout giving me support.
The carers, who myself and my husband have met have all been lovely, doing a different job, making Mum feel secure and safe while she was at home, spending time to chat to her while carrying out their tasks.
Caring people came every day. It was a happy environment to be in. Carers were very caring people. I was happy.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
My husband needed support during the time he spent with your care assistants. He thoroughly enjoyed their company and how they responded to the need to show them how to play golf in our hallway. He also appreciated the carer who was able to gain his confidence and allowed my husband to talk to her.
I personally have appreciated their support as my husband could sometimes be difficult to care for and I needed to have time for myself. Many thanks.
We have been using Care Force Ltd since February 2007 to provide care for my mother who died in February 2016, she had alzheimer's for many years. During that time, most of her carers were honest, competent and pleasant, care plans were updated regularly to take account of my mothers changing needs and generally those were adhered to.
In the last few years, my mother became more frail and less mobile, and she had excellent care from a small number of very good carers and the continuity was effective and much appreciated. Over the years, if we did have any issues or concerns we felt comfortable enough to phone the agency office to discuss these and obtain resolution.
Flexibility around calls very good.
Friendly faces at all times.
Follow up checks very thorougher.
Should have engaged with Care Force much sooner.

Meet the Team (2)
I began my carer at Care Force in 1998, as a carer while studying at University. I left Care Force in 2007 and worked across a number of fields including public health and the local council but mainly within the Housing sector. I worked with a range of specialised and vulnerable client groups including young people, women and men escaping domestic abuse and homeless adults.
After 10 years I decided on a career change and following redundancy I took a year off and decided to return to care. I came back to the care Force as a carer in April 2014 and became the Care Coordinator in August of the same year, when the new role was created.
In January 2020 I became the registered manager. I was born and raised in Bromsgrove and understand the needs of the local community. I am extremely proud of the team at Care Force and we all are committed to providing the best service we can for our service users.
Before joining Care Force I worked as a recruitment consultant for 13 years working alongside Birmingham Children’s’ Trust coordinating supervised contact for foster children and their birth families and prior to that I worked as an office manager for Allied Carpets for 20 years working across the West Midlands.”
