Excellent service. Very pleasant.

Throughout the time Care Force looked after my mother she was treated with dignity, respect and great care. The staff were efficient but formed a link with my mother who enjoyed their visits. No visit was missed with carers walking through snow to make calls. I absolutely trusted them as did my mother and their help endured her independence and meant she was able to stay in her own home. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The care provided by the carers is excellent. They treat my wife with dignity and as a friend. My only concerns revolve around communication of care time changes which for a diabetic goes mean alterations in insulin doses.

I have found Care Force to be an exemplary organisation, always willing to make changes to improve the care provided. I have had them come in to support both my mother for the last 5 years and more recently my father. The Managers also deserves considerable praise, coming in to provide care themselves in order to understand the problems for themselves, supporting both staff and relatives.

After returning home from a lengthy hospital stay. My family insisted that I get some home help. Care Force was not only the cheapest provider they were also the friendliest and professional when we had our needs review. I like the consistency of having the same carers daily at the same time. They have been very reliable even making it in snowy weather. All of my carers have been lovely and friendly and brighten my day by having a friendly face and story to tell.

I can't thank the staff and carers at Care Force for looking after my 97-year-old Mom so well. Mom enjoys the visits from both staff. Carers who show a great interest in her wellbeing. The consistency of the same carers visiting each week is a great help to Mom. Couldn't ask for more. Each and everyone deserves medals for their excellent work.

The care manager, especially, is fantastic. She manages the care team with sensitivity and good humour, provides back up care herself and ensures problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. She is also extremely good as are the care team at liaising with family members.

I find all the girls helpful and capable and willing to help me in everything I ask.

During my time with Care Force I have received excellent care on the whole. Carers are friendly, efficient, giving me the care that I need. I can always ask for extra if I need it. It is always a pleasure when they arrive for a call. Health and hygiene always used.

We have used this care provider for 4 1/2 years and generally have found the care to be good. Staff always polite. During the recent bad weather, they have supplied care and made sure someone turned up which we were very grateful of. Any issues have always been dealt with on both sides.

The service is excellent and all the carers are very polite, clean and tidy and respect my wishes. In the bad weather, those on duty all braved the elements and turned up smiling. As quoted in the papers, they all deserve a medal.
