The carers are time if there is any problem they always let me know. They look after my husband with his personal care with respect and care. They assist my husband with dressing then assist him with the transfer from his bed to his chair always with safety. They make my husband's bed and leave the bedroom tidy.

Wonderful experience with Care Services, from the initial enquiry, to the Care Assessment and the delivery of care, the team were attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Offered 15 minutes slots which were just right for us and rare amongst suppliers. They clearly know their work and were very friendly and personable. Highly recommend.

The management responds quickly to send help whenever a crisis arises. I find them very reassuring when giving help at all times.

I have known the user for forty-five years and witnessed his various care packages; previous carers were not good. For the last fourteen years my friend has been fortunate to be cared for by Care Services. Their vast experience have given my friend access to many unthought of opportunities. There is no doubt he is experiencing the best years of his life.

We really value the friendly, efficient and professional service provided. The carers are excellent. They provide a high level of personal care whilst being attentive and engaging.

Care Services supported a friend with complex needs for many years with a 24-hour package. Through my experience and observations, I could not fault this agency. They provided care with dignity and they always went the extra mile. They were able to provide the extra care for someone without any family members without him losing the autonomy over his own life. If there were issues they worked through them together and didn’t give notice on his care. Sadly my friend passed away but Care Services were with him until the end and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

All the Care Services staff who came to care for my mother were extremely considerate and very attentive to my mother's needs. The staff are clearly well experienced and they have provided excellent advice for my mother. This is helping her be more independent going forward. From the time the care management team first visited us to constructively review the home facilities and prepare the detailed care plan, to the time my mother was admitted to hospital when she suffered a stroke, the care, love attention and support of all the caring team were exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend Care Services to any potential client. They are not the cheapest but in my experience, they represent very good value and seem to look after their staff, with careful advance rosters and the additional change being paid to their staff. Also, they accommodate us at short notice.

Care services supported my dad for a few years. My dad wasn't the easiest to care for but the carer always listened, supported and did all she could to ensure my dad got the best care he needed. Our carer attended reviews and was excellent at communication. Care services practise excellent safeguarding within their care. They treated my dad with dignity right up to the end of his life. They cared emotionally for us as a family and always looked at the bigger picture. I can't thank them enough.

I would not hesitate in recommending Care Services to anyone needing carers in the home, in fact, I have already done so more than once. Everyone came at the time specified and looked after my mother in the way I would want them to. To have such reliability and such good standard of care, consistently over several months was a huge help to me as my mother became more needy. Thank you all so much.

The carers were kind, patient and also asked if I needed any help. I was reluctant at first to have help but realised I couldn't cope and I am so pleased I was persuaded. The office staff were on the phone if the carer was delayed and also had an emergency call if needed. I was impressed. I wished they were near where we have moved to.
