Care Services is a home care organisation in Solihull which helps adults and older people to remain living independently at home by offering home care packages that are tailored to the individual.

Home care services are offered seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and include care services such as personal care and independent living, socialising and other more specialist services.

Staff are carefully vetted and trained to a high standard. The company always employs carers who are compassionate and who have experience to bring from previous roles. Dignity and respect of the individual are paramount at all times.

The reason I have chosen 'excellent' for all the questions is that I was so impressed with all of the service Care Services gave to my mum, as well as giving me and my family much needed support.
Each and every carer and management, without exception, were absolutely brilliant. They were always friendly
as well as professional. They all helped me during a difficult time. Thank you so much.
