Care Wyvern

All of the care team have been excellent providing my mother with care. From our initial meeting when my mum was in hospital to her care at home to date, we have been very happy with it all. My mum thinks the carers are wonderful and they have helped towards making her so happy.

If I didn't have the carer coming to visit me on a daily visit, I don't think I would be able to live on my own. They are a very much needed service to the community. In 2005 I lost my husband to cancer and took care of him for 2 and a half years - if I had known about Care Wyvern I would have asked for their help so it would have enabled me to delegate the house chores and I would have had more time with him. Unfortunately the professional never mentioned the care system to me.

I am highly delighted with the care I get from my carer. Nothing is too much trouble. The cleaning is of the highest standard no cutting corners.

Staff are always courteous, conscientious and considerate towards their client and client's family. They want to do their best to meet the client's needs and are clearly dedicated to their tasks. We've used Care Wyvern for almost 3 years having never previously had any experience of care companies, and would gladly recommend them to others.

Happy with the majority of contact with Care Wyvern admin at times could do with improvement ie a simple phone call.

I was completely satisfied with the carers who came to me over five days. They were punctual, polite and caring.

The management staff are polite, approachable, helpful and any concerns noted. The care staff are well trained and caring and treat clients with dignity. Leading us to the death of my father, Care Wyvern staff were supportive, understanding and willing to adapt to the changing needs and medication requirements he had. They are also supportive and encouraging to my mother who is a dementia sufferer and I want the care staff she has come attached to, to continue to deliver personal care to her in her widowhood.
