All of the care team have been excellent providing my mother with care. From our initial meeting when my mum was in hospital to her care at home to date, we have been very happy with it all. My mum thinks the carers are wonderful and they have helped towards making her so happy.

If I didn't have the carer coming to visit me on a daily visit, I don't think I would be able to live on my own. They are a very much needed service to the community. In 2005 I lost my husband to cancer and took care of him for 2 and a half years - if I had known about Care Wyvern I would have asked
for their help so it would have enabled me to delegate the house chores and I would have had more time with him. Unfortunately the professional never mentioned the care system to me.

Care Wyvern provided care for my mother over several years. I found them very good and helped very much with extras, arranging tablets, washing, tidying, sitting and talking to my mother, encouraging her to eat and drink more.
Very professional company, good contact with relatives, kept informed of
any issues, made good suggestions, always stayed for the full allotted time. In summary, I would highly recommend Care Wyvern.

Staff are always courteous, conscientious and considerate towards their client and client's family. They want to do their best to meet the client's needs and are clearly dedicated to their tasks. We've used Care Wyvern for almost 3 years having never previously had any experience of care companies,
and would gladly recommend them to others.

Care Wyvern has been a lifeline to me while I have been caring for my 98-year-old mother who suffers from dementia and loss of mobility.
All the staff are caring, professional, respectful and cheerful whether phoning the office or leaving a loved one in their care.
I was fully involved in the care
planning and it appeared that each staff member who arrived to provide care had been hand-picked as my mother enjoyed being with each one and full notes were left for me to catch up with what had happened.
I can't praise them too highly and would recommend them to anyone.

I would like to compliment Care Wyvern as they are motivational and have helped me, as previously I used to feel scared but they will give me time to talk and have discussed with me thought patterns, changing the way I think into a positive and achieving attitude.
Care Wyvern are very caring and they
make me feel wanted and they are very helpful when I am ill, which is the time when I really need them.
They are more motivated to help when I am sick. I think the world of Care Wyvern.

The field supervisor met me and my dad at a time to suit us in the evening. All our needs were noted and she was caring and professional. The carers were kind and I felt safe leaving my dad alone in his house with them. Thank you

The management staff are polite, approachable, helpful and any concerns noted. The care staff are well trained and caring and treat clients with dignity. Leading us to the death of my father, Care Wyvern staff were supportive, understanding and willing to adapt to the changing needs and medication requirements
he had. They are also supportive and encouraging to my mother who is a dementia sufferer and I want the care staff she has come attached to, to continue to deliver personal care to her in her widowhood.
