I can't thank Cheshire Home Care enough. My mum recently moved into a bungalow in the area and I needed care for her once a day to give her her medication and to reheat a meal I provide. The whole team are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. The carers are brilliant with Mum. She is 88 with dementia and wasn't too keen on having any help to start with. Now she looks forwards to them coming and waves them off when they leave.

Cheshire Home Care are outstanding in all respects.
The initial introductory meeting was comprehensive and respectful of my mother's dignity.
The team are kind, caring, diligent and compassionate in caring for Mum.
They found Mum on the floor just before Christmas and Cheshire Home Care ensured Mum had company until the ambulance arrived. They have also been excellent with the post-hip repair rehabilitation care for Mum.
They have proactively taken urine samples to the surgery when they have correctly suspected a UTI and communicate to the district nurse when another visit is required. Very disciplined medication management.
Social interaction with Mum is excellent and ensures that both physical and mental well-being is maintained.
The app allows family members to monitor the care visits which is very useful. The manager is very responsive to any questions or discussions about Mum's ongoing care.

Highly recommended and we are so pleased that we found them for Mum.

Cheshire Home Care have provided my mother with outstanding care over the last year. I cannot fault their dedication and consistency. I have been reliant on their support as I do not live near my mother and the care and support have meant so much to us all. Mum looks forward to their visits every day and I have the relief and peace of mind knowing that she is being cared for both mentally and physically. The staff and carers get to know their clients and are able to gauge when intervention from doctors/hospitals are needed. They recently contacted me to say that my mum was ill and was able to up her daily visits from one to four a day at such short notice. They even sat and waited with her for doctors visits and an ambulance. I am so grateful for their care and attention. It is a hard time when your parents need care but they have taken all the stress and worry away and I know that she is having the best care possible.

I first contacted Cheshire Home Care and explained that my great-uncle needed assistance after having COVID at Christmas and that his wife (my great-aunt) was struggling trying to cope with managing his ADLS. From first speaking to the manager and everything since nothing is too much trouble and they are completely in tune with my uncle's needs and have been in contact with other services on his behalf when required (district nurses, podiatrist, GP, continence team) have a robust care plan and although my uncle's needs may not be as comprehensive as others at this point he looks forward to each visit and enjoys the interactions with the team.

I would strongly recommend Cheshire Home Care Solutions (CHCS) as a care provider. My mother has dementia and now requires 3 visits per day to help maintain her independence in a small flat. I live an hour away from Mum, and cannot be on hand to manage her daily needs myself. It was therefore crucial to find a care company that communicated well and Cheshire Home Care Solutions do so to a very high standard. The carers are all lovely, personable individuals that go above and beyond to help Mum in her ever more confusing world. Over the course of nearly 2 years she has built good, strong relationships with her carers and they with her. Being a small company Cheshire Home Care Solutions has the ability to focus on details and offer direct access to managers if necessary. It has lifted a huge weight of stress and worry from my shoulders since Cheshire Home Care Solutions started to help Mum and improve her quality of life. An excellent, truly caring company.

Cheshire Home Care have been outstanding! I can’t praise them highly enough for the care they provide. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. My father-in-law looks forward to his visits and chats. He has improved so much since their visits, despite the progressive nature of his dementia. Communication is superb and each and every one of the carers are kind and professional, they know and understand my father-in-law really well so it gives us peace of mind that they will pick up on any issues quickly. The option of half hour visits is ideal for us too. I really don’t know what we’d do without them

I contacted Cheshire Home Care when my mum needed some support and company. She is fairly independent but recently diagnosed with early dementia and was getting a bit upset and frustrated.
Cheshire Home Care had been recommended to me and when I made contact I felt comfortable talking with them and they really sounded perfect for my mum.
They did a thorough introduction visit, getting to know Mum and what she likes/dislikes.
Since the carers have been visiting Mum, approximately four weeks, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in Mum's mental health and she has even been out on her own (by taxi) to have her hair done!
Even though Mum doesn’t need much physical help, the regular visits by the carers have proved invaluable to her mental health and happiness

I’m so pleased we took action now and not wait for Mum to deteriorate. Her quality of life has improved dramatically.

Cheshire Home Care are outstanding in all respects. The team are kind, caring, diligent and compassionate in all that they do. They do their utmost to accommodate all requests without hesitation, always putting my lovely Mother and her welfare first. My mother would not have been able to remain in her own home after the heartbreaking loss of my father without their kindness, care and support. She really looks forward to their visits, during which they make her laugh and feel happy once again. Each and every member of the team are superb. The highest standards we could have possibly wished for whilst also being highly professional. We are very grateful to each and every one of the team.

All the staff are caring and very professional in their approach to the care provided. Social interaction is excellent and ensures that client wellbeing is maintained. The app allows family members to monitor the care visits which is very useful. The only improvement to make would be to allow return communication via the app.

Thank you for your review. We are very lucky to be able to provide care to your mum. I will pass your comments on to our care monitoring system regarding the two way communication on the app.

Cheshire Home Care are extremely professional. The care team who support my mother are wonderful. They treat her with such care and respect - nothing is too much trouble. My mother was very reluctant to have carers in her home. Now she looks forward to their visits. In addition to the care they provide for my mother, the company makes sure that I am well informed at all times and are always there to advise. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Cheshire Home Care really are an outstanding company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. The management skills are top class meaning that from the start, the staff feel valued and cared about. The carers themselves are the most amazing, caring individuals I have ever had any contact with. Every single person has helped our family to care for my dad and keep him in his own home. They regularly go beyond their duty and nothing is too much trouble for them. The main thing is that they make my dad happy, they genuinely care for him and he always has a smile for them. His welfare and happiness are paramount to each and every one of the staff every single visit.

The care team do everything they can to look after my mother and go out of their way to care for her. For example, when her central heating broke down they did lots of beyond the call of duty to ensure she was kept warm and safe.

Amy Tod

Amy has worked for CHC for over fifteen years. She started as a care worker whilst at University. Amy is different from a lot of care managers in her approach to her role. She makes sure that she knows each of our clients personally, she assists in their care plans being written and will ensure she sees our clients very regularly. Amy takes her role very personally; she is available to clients and her staff 24 hours a day, via an on-call service.

She likes to "make a real difference", she enjoys being out of the office and working in the community.

"Cheshire Home Care is lucky to have someone like Amy", "We know if we need to contact her, we always can", "My mum feels safer knowing Amy will always do her best for her", are just a few of the comments we have had about Amy's tireless work, and we agree.
