The managers are lovely people and they strive to offer a fantastic service to all of their customers. They always go above and beyond to make sure every task is complete to a very high standard. They always contact you if something isn’t right being the medication or any concerns about your loved one. My mum wasn’t happy to have carers put in place but now they are we think of the staff to be part of the family. There is only a small team and all the staff are lovely and kind. If you need help I would totally recommend this team.

I have been really impressed by all aspects of the professional service provided by Cheshire Home Care. The team is very well-organised, reliable, flexible and extremely responsive. There have been several occasions when a member of the team has "gone the extra mile" for us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this care provider.

I can highly recommend Cheshire Home Care. Everyone is friendly, professional, caring and approachable. My mother currently only has a small amount of care which is undertaken with care, compassion and dignity. Very happy to recommend them to any family about to undertake this 'journey'.

The care Cheshire Home Care Solutions provided to my grandmother was excellent.

All of the care staff and management team really did care about her and allowed her to remain at home for as long as possible. The care she received made a huge difference to her last few months of life and all of the family are very grateful for this.

The team of girls who come to me, I don't know how I could manage without them all. They never let me down, always ready to help. I class them as my friends, not just my carers.

Amy Tod Job Title: Care Manager and Director Joined: 2008
Amy Tod

Amy has worked for CHC for over fifteen years. She started as a care worker whilst at University. Amy is different from a lot of care managers in her approach to her role. She makes sure that she knows each of our clients personally, she assists in their care plans being written and will ensure she sees our clients very regularly. Amy takes her role very personally; she is available to clients and her staff 24 hours a day, via an on-call service.

She likes to "make a real difference", she enjoys being out of the office and working in the community.

"Cheshire Home Care is lucky to have someone like Amy", "We know if we need to contact her, we always can", "My mum feels safer knowing Amy will always do her best for her", are just a few of the comments we have had about Amy's tireless work, and we agree.
