The carers have all been amazing!
My mother thinks they are wonderful, kind attentive and happy to sit and chat to her which she thoroughly enjoys.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They always ask what else they can do to help.

Excellent service from Cheshire Homecare!

Always offer and suggest how to help - both proactively and reactively to ensure that my parents are looked after and safe. My parents see thier carers as part of the family, and understand their role of helping them stay in their own home. Nothing is too much trouble. The support from the office based staff is also excellent and provides the complete package.

Since we got involved with Cheshire Home Care Solutions a year ago we have been so pleased with the quality of care my mum received. The carers were professional, caring, polite and managed my mum so well even if was a challenge for them. They became not just carers but friends to mum and me. The managers were very involved too and were always there if advice was needed.
The carers would turn up on time and stay their allotted time too and we always got a good deal of feedback on the App.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking support at home for a loved one.

I received support from Cheshire Home Care Solutions following an operation in November, as I live alone and needed some extra help. At 64, having a reliable and reassuring team around me made all the difference. I had a morning and evening call. Every visit left me feeling cared for, safe, and well supported.
All of the carers were excellent - polite, caring, and very efficient. They were always on time, fully focused on my needs, and never made me feel rushed. What truly stood out was their willingness to go the extra mile, whether it was offering a few encouraging words, doing simple chores or checking I was comfortable before they left. Their professionalism and warmth brought me real peace of mind at a time when I needed it.
I am sincerely grateful for the service I received and the compassion shown to me. I would highly recommend Cheshire Home Care Solutions to anyone needing care and support.

Thank you to the whole team for making my recovery so much easier.

Dad has been having increasing visits from Cheshire Home Care staff over the last 2 years. All his carers are lovely, he has had a small number of different carers and they have all got to know him very well. They are supportive, friendly and caring and he has grown very fond of them all. After a recent infection which required extra visits the team responded very quickly to give the family extra support. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help to continue living independently.

We have been a client of Cheshire Home Care since July 2023. My wife has a very rare neurological condition and the whole team has been first class in caring for her. They are all professional people who care and the management team is always there to help and advise. Their reliability is impressive and as long as we have been a client, they have never let us down.

It's the hundreds of little things, above and beyond tasks negotiated on our original contract that make all the difference, eg recognising mum had run out of paracetamol and rushing across to supermarket to get some. Last week I popped in unexpectedly; mum was worrying about something; it was so lovely to find the carer kneeling by her side and holding her hand and gently reassuring her. We really care about each and every person we visit was her response when I thanked her and this ethos clearly runs through the heart of the company. I cannot thank them enough for all they do to help mum live as independently as possible by being both proactive and reactive to ensure all her care needs are met

My friend has carers from Cheshire Home Care 5 days a week. Having had dealings with other care services previously, I can honestly say they provide reliable and outstanding service that is professional but done with genuine care. I have often had to call them to update information or to ask for extra assistance, they are always willing to help and approachable. Several carers have gone above and beyond over the last few months and I have absolute confidence that any needs or requirements my friend has will be made known to me so I can act.

We have been using Cheshire Home Care since early 2024 to help look after our proud and private elderly parents. Since meeting the team they have been nothing less than professional, caring, proactive and supportive.
Like most customers, we were not sure what support was needed with requirements changing on a regular basis. The whole team have been very helpful, flexible and understanding and keen to ensure the right level of care was provided as and when requirements changed, sometimes at very short notice.
We have been through and are still going through difficult times as our parent's health conditions change, it's great to know that the team are there to listen and help, this not only applies to the management team but also importantly the visiting carers.

It's reassuring to have regular feedback through the app on how our parents are managing, proactively highlighting any issues or concern and also sharing good times and making these good times even better for our parents.

We found Cheshire Home Care to be caring and reliable. They looked after my aunt for over 6 months and I would recommend them without reservation. My aunt isn’t the easiest of clients but they always treated her with kindness and patience and were quick to contact me with any concerns. We used other caring agencies but found Cheshire Home Care to be the best.

Finding the right care package for my mother with Alzheimer's has been difficult. The Cheshire Home Care team did a thorough assessment of my mum's needs and discussed how best they could help. My mum now has a fantastic care package helping her every morning and evening. The team prepare food, tidy, administer her medication (from blister pack), chat to her and make sure she is comfortable when they leave. There is an app they update after every visit detailing how the visit went, what was done and how my mum was. This is really helpful. The Cheshire Home Care team and very friendly and responsive to any changes in my mum's care plan and very accommodating to any changes in care day/time requirements. The team are very approachable and always contactable which is very helpful. I also appreciate if the team have any concerns they will reach out to me for a chat. The care provided has improved my mum's life and given me that extra help I needed.

Mum-in-law speaks highly of the care team. She often says ‘they are kind and we have a laugh’ which is reassuring to hear. Initially, it was a big change for her to accept outside support, however, it’s been lovely to see the home care team develop a lovely relationship with her over the past few months, not only as individuals but as a team and provide her with the quality care she benefits from every day. Highly recommend.

My father's dearest wish was to spend the remainder of his life at home. Cheshire Home Care provided excellent care which allowed this to happen. All of their staff were extremely professional, efficient and also provided additional social interaction which meant Dad looked forward to their visits. All tasks were completed with dignity, to a high standard and at a time which suited. The carers' interaction with both my father and the rest of the family was exemplary.

From the moment of doing Mum’s assessment to the day she transferred into a nursing home, we were impressed with the care, respect and compassion shown by everyone. All the carers looked after Mum in a very appropriate way and were courteous and respectful in all their actions. The support given to our family was outstanding and all the information and help given to us was appropriate and well timed. We felt supported and reassured during some extremely difficult and challenging times. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone really did go above and beyond so that Mum had the care she needed. I highly recommend Cheshire Home Care and will not hesitate to use them again. Words really do not do justice to the very high standards set and maintained and we will always be grateful.

Excellent service. From first enquiry to support with transfer to residential care, all of the staff, both office and carers, were absolutely fantastic. The respect, courtesy and care shown was exactly what you want for a loved relative. This was also apparent when dealing with the family members - the support and information provided was all helpful, but more so, correct and appropriate. If needing this type of service again I would not hesitate in returning to Cheshire Home Care.

Amy Tod

Amy has worked for CHC for over fifteen years. She started as a care worker whilst at University. Amy is different from a lot of care managers in her approach to her role. She makes sure that she knows each of our clients personally, she assists in their care plans being written and will ensure she sees our clients very regularly. Amy takes her role very personally; she is available to clients and her staff 24 hours a day, via an on-call service.

She likes to "make a real difference", she enjoys being out of the office and working in the community.

"Cheshire Home Care is lucky to have someone like Amy", "We know if we need to contact her, we always can", "My mum feels safer knowing Amy will always do her best for her", are just a few of the comments we have had about Amy's tireless work, and we agree.
