I cannot recommend Classic Care highly enough. The office team are efficient and always quick to respond. Having a 24-hour on call service is invaluable and provides real peace of mind. It is wonderful to actually speak to a human and not go through a robot. The carers are kind, friendly and professional, always ensuring that dad's dignity is maintained. What truly stands out is how caring the team are-not just for the client but for the family too. Their support, compassion and understanding makes such a difference. They genuinely care. We have been using Classic Home Care Services to look after my mother who has Alzheimers for almost 10 years now, first with daily home care visits and for the past 18 months with a live-in carer. The carers are very kind and good, and the company is very reliable, never leaving my mother without care, even if the live-in carer needed to leave for health reasons. The ladies who run the company, are very helpful and let me know if there is a problem, as I live in Germany and it is important to know that my mother is in good hands. They also help with other daily problems that need local support. I can highly recommend them!

Really good service from Classic. Very reliable on turning up, and great carers. The office is responsive to my occasional need to change times. I've been with them several years now and wouldn't change.

The service provided to my mum is excellent. They are all very professional and i know that i don't need to worry as she is well looked after and they will call me straight if any concerns regarding her wellbeing.

Some helpers a bit rough and too quick.

Very good, all carers very helpful. Good to have a number of regular carers but perhaps rather too many stranger carers. Though obviously have to be some new carers.

A friend had used this company in the past, so I was confident in my choice and I was not disappointed. The staff, from the office to the carers were professional, friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Classic took over caring for my dad at short notice and have provided far superior care than his previous care providers. They have been very reliable and have been willing to go above and beyond to help my dad. Very good communication too, which very much appreciate. Thank you for all your continued care.

Classic Care has been unfaltering in their complete dedication to my son who lives independently, being totally blind and on the Autistic spectrum. Throughout the covid-19 pandemic lockdown, never did they fail to get to him twice-weekly to assist him in his daily tasks. I can't thank them enough, especially knowing that they were putting their own, and their families lives at risk, being key workers. My son and I owe them a huge debt of gratitude. What a wonderful team!

I honestly couldn't speak more highly of Classic Home Care. As a care agency, you would always expect to be treated with care and respect but everyone at Classic has really gone the extra mile. Instead of just coming and completing their job they have made the effort to get to know me and care for me as much as you would a loved one. They are so kind, friendly and make you feel safe, comfortable and positive which is just what I need. I have been overwhelmed with Classic and I'm so grateful for everything they do - they are all incredible and you couldn't ask for more.

Very efficient, friendly, on time, helpful, kind, well run. My dad needs to be cared for when my step mum has hospital appointments or goes shopping. The service provided has been excellent. The staff who have cared for my dad have been very attentive making sure my dad's needs are met. This has been invaluable to my stepmother as she was afraid to leave my dad, she can go out with the reassurance he is being monitored, especially when he has had a few falls. Every request has been met and we are very happy with the agency we are using. A very professional company and managed exceptionally well.

The staff always do their best and, frankly, I do not know what I would do without them.

Our care (for my Dad) is currently only cleaning. But the carers have all been punctual, professional and kind. I was keen to try a local service to develop a relationship as there will be future needs and all the staff give me great confidence that my Dad will be able to stay in his own home. Thank you!
