Avante Care & Support provides quality domiciliary care to help people to remain living in their own homes in Kent and the South East of London.

Avante Care & Support offer assistance with daily tasks enabling their clients to remain as independent lives as possible.

A team of professionally trained staff are able to meet a range of care requirements including 30 minute visits or live in, round the clock care. Care workers can help clients who are recovering from long or short term illness or those who need full time care for mobility or other health problems.

Care can be funded by local social services or be paid for privately.

Avante cared for my mother at the end of her life. They attended four times a day, on time and with the utmost diligence.
At a distressing time for my very old mother and for me as her daughter, every member of staff reassured us with their professionalism. They were kind, caring and respectful. I
was confident that they were extremely well trained and were dedicated to their job and to their patient. I half expected some glitches but every member of the team arrived on time. Nothing was too much trouble. I am so impressed with this company which is much more than a business. I think that the team members don't see this as just a job but as a vocation. Clearly, the company selects people with these very high standards. Everyone was trustworthy and used their initiative. Managers visited me first and made sure the carers knew everything about my mother's needs and made sure they met high standards for health and safety.
Thank you so much.

The carers are usually very good. Communication between client and providers could be a lot better. We should not have to call to find out if we have a carer for the day.

My sister and I are more than happy with the care that Avante give to our dad. If at any time there have been questions or any issues the carers have notified us or vice versa via notes, texts or phone calls and things have been sorted professionally and quickly. The ladies that care for our dad (and
we know it's not always easy!) really are amazing. A big thank you to you all.

I had a lovely day when I was taken out for a day to the fun day at Faversham Park on 30th May 2018. I had carers looking after me all day. I couldn't ask for nicer carers who look after me. A company I would recommend to anybody who was looking for good carers and company.

Thank you for a lovely day out with my carers, when I was taken out on a coach with a lift to a fun day at Faversham Park on 30th May 2018. I enjoyed myself going out and mixing with other people, which I don't do as I am at home looking after my husband in between the carers - I don't want to leave
him on his own. I have carers too.

I have recently changed my Mother's Care Agency to Avante Care and Support and it is the best thing I could of done for her. The Carers that she is so fortunate to have are so kind, caring, compassionate and genuinely make a huge difference to her life. In particular I would like to highlight two carers
who in my opinion are Angels and nothing is too much trouble for them. Today is my Mother's Birthday and when they called this morning they brought with her flowers and a Birthday balloon which is lovely thing to do and really made my Mother feel really happy. Thank you to all the Carers that come to help her, I really appreciate all your kindness towards her and also just to mention another carer went above and beyond when she was at mum's last week, her draining board is so shiny now!!


Once again thank you to all the Carers that are involved with my Mother, she genuinely feels a lot more settled and happy since Avante have taken over her care.

I am glad to have this opportunity to say how thankful I am for the homecare I am receiving. My carers are always friendly, kind and helpful in understanding my care needs, which they provide in a capable and confident way, leaving me feeling safe and comfortable. Sam has worked within care since 2007, she joined Avante Care and Support in January 2012 as the ASB Manager, and in November 2023 the Home care team and ASB merged and Sam was promoted to Branch Manager for Home care and support.
