Punctual and stays for whole visit time. Courteous and considerate. Willing to be flexible about adjusting visit days/times to accommodate medical appt's etc when necessary. Generally helpful and on the basis of my interactions with regular carer I would recommend Avante Home Care Services.

I have been having a domestic call for some time. I have always found the staff friendly, well dressed (in uniform), nicely spoken. they have always done what has been asked of them to do. I have always been pleased with there work. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you.

After a difficult experience with a previous care provider, moving to this company has been a huge relief.

My Nan has Alzheimer's and lives alone, so consistency and reassurance are incredibly important. From the start, communication has been professional, organised and caring. We were given named carers and a clear rota, which made a big difference straight away.

The carers are kind, patient and respectful, and they genuinely take time with my Nan rather than rushing visits. She is supported with personal care, meals, medication prompting, companionship and daily routines.

The company also uses a QR check-in/check-out system and an app where I can monitor visits and updates, which gives me peace of mind as I live an hour away and juggle work and family commitments.

The office team have been responsive and easy to contact whenever needed, and overall I finally feel reassured that my Nan is safe, supported and treated with dignity.

I would highly recommend this company.

I have nothing but praise for the girls who twice a week come to shower me. Even the subs (holidays etc.) are top notch over the time used. Huge thank you.

Sometimes with food is being prepared carers don't find what they need even though it is there as they don't look

The management team always tries to keep a regular carer to attend my mum, which is important for consistancy. They also go above and beyond to help me out with any extra help we require.

Absolute have been wonderful with my father. They stepped in at short notice as his Alzheimer's was accelerating and we couldn't have been happier with the care he received. I am extremely happy with the service and care I receive from Avante Care & Support, the carers attend to my younger brother 7 days a week at his home address. They are very good communicators and provide support beyond their job.

A good experience. The carers are pleasant, obliging and helpful. I walk with a stick, so I am not totally dependent. The carers and office staff will fit in with my arrangement and take me to appointments and shopping when needed.
