It is always a pleasure for us to work with all members of the family as we know how important it is to take the burden of care off of the family for a short time so that they can be family again. We have all worked together to make sure dad's care plan is up to date and is meeting his needs which have fluctuated since we have been supporting him.
Sometimes with food is being prepared carers don't find what they need even though it is there as they don't look
Thank you for your comments Jennifer I am sorry that things haven't been quite right. We have updated mum's care plan since receiving your email in the office. We have also added some of the tasks to the activity schedule and hope this will improve the service mum is receiving. Please let us know if you still are experiencing these issues.
The management team always tries to keep a regular carer to attend my mum, which is important for consistancy. They also go above and beyond to help me out with any extra help we require.

All the carers were genuinely caring and professional, friendly faces for Dad to look forward to chatting to. Very good communication from Fiona and Jenette too at the end of the 'phone. A good experience. The carers are pleasant, obliging and helpful. I walk with a stick, so I am not totally dependent. The carers and office staff will fit in with my arrangement and take me to appointments and shopping when needed.

My mother has had the care for 3 1/2 years. The whole team are exceptional and demonstrate professionalism, compassion and a genuine commitment in supporting mum and the wider family. Care givers are punctual and respectful of Mum's home. Any queries are answered promptly with sensitivity. Thank you. We have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

A relief when they walk through the door. Even my dog loves them coming in! And he can be very fussy. I cannot praise or recommend Absolute Home Care enough.

By way of background I supply the following, approx. 2 years ago following a fall, the services of Absolute Home Care were employed. My partner had been diagnosed with dementia in Sept 2022. The services by Absolute Home Care Kent have been excellent in all respects and is reflected in the answers below.

I am very grateful for the service provided by those in the office and very much appreciate receiving the weekly care rota. They have also been extremely helpful and supportive when contacting the district nurses.

I have been receiving care for many years, 4 helps daily. Avantre have proved so caring and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

99% of the time I have experienced at least twice a day an excellent visit from the carer. Each one arrives in a very cheerful way. The care I receive is faultless. 1% of the time the care has been inadequate by not washing all parts of my body. I very much appreciate receiving the care rota every week.

The service I get from Avante is very good. Sometimes carers are a bit late getting here but I don't think enough time is given for them to travel between visits. When they are here they do whatever is required. Some are more thorough than others but I am happy with their work. Very cheerful ladies and always have time for a chat. I wish the fees were less!
