We have all worked together to make sure dad's care plan is up to date and is meeting his needs which have fluctuated since we have been supporting him.

Thank you for your comments Jennifer I am sorry that things haven't been quite right. We have updated mum's care plan since receiving your email in the office. We have also added some of the tasks to the activity schedule and hope this will improve the service mum is receiving. Please let us know if you still are experiencing these issues.
