The people who come in the morning are very kind and help me. They are excellent. They make sure I am clean and well dressed and have my medicine. Then they help me organise my breakfast. I like them chatting to me.

I'm very happy with my carer, she is always bright and cheerful when she comes to me and helps me a lot with doing things with me that I find hard to do. We have a good chat and a laugh which is what I need as much as assistance for washing and dressing. I've only just returned to Avante since the pandemic because I need more help now.

She kindly supported my mother in being ready for the wedding, she then drove her to the venue, a journey of over an hour. Once at the wedding, she looked after my mother’s needs, from fetching her food and drinks throughout the day, to positioning her so that she could chat to other guests and assisting her with her personal care as required. Towards the end of the day, when my mother was tired, she then drove my mother home and assisted her with her evening care ready for bed.
I can not speak more highly of the calm, dignified and attentive way in which she supported my mother so that she was able to attend an important family celebration. Without this support, it would not have been possible for my mother to be part of our wonderful day.

All the carers, office staff and field staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We trusted them completely to look after Mum, visiting twice a day and looking after her with such care and professionalism, helping to make her feel safe and cared for in her own home.

I have experience of Avante since January 2020 and find them a very acceptable and caring agency and carers. This is based on my previous employment as a carer and looking after my mother full time before 2 carers at one time became necessary. Both carers and management are very supportive with the care of my mother.
My son has just started receiving companion care from Avante, and we couldn't be happier. The level of care he receives is exactly what we require, and communication between myself and Avante is second to none. I'd highly recommend this service, and thanks to Avante, I now have quality time to myself.

I am extremely happy with the service and care I receive from Avante Care and Support. All carers and office staff are friendly and very helpful. The excellent field care team look after my complicated medication, it is always ordered and picked up from the pharmacy on time.

My mum has had Avante Care for nearly two years now, the calls and carers are consistent which means Mum has got to know the carers extremely well, I myself have met them many times when visiting Mum and to be honest, we look upon them as family members now. If a problem arises I am notified straight away and between myself and the care team is sorted immediately. I can honestly say I feel very grateful for their service as I have constant peace of mind that my mum is safe and being looked after in a way that I would if I could.

The carers are mostly very good, although the times can vary when they come. It all depends on how many clients they have to visit and how big the round is and the office doesn't always notify us when running late.

I am a 95-year-old male and have been using Avante Carer services for about six months. I have daily care seven days a week. Whilst I have been assigned one main carer, I have different carers on the weekend and I have to say all of Avante's have been amazing. They are all kind and considerate and treat me with respect and a level of caring that has been a godsend to me. I truly appreciate the services of Avante.

The carers are really good with Dad. They take time to make sure he is happy and settled before they leave the call. They always let me know if there are any issues. The back office staff and managers are very supportive and helpful. There is never any difficulty in getting through to the office.

Our overall experience of employing Avante Home Care has been very positive. These are challenging times for the care sector but Avante appears to have worked hard to respond to the difficulties, particularly in recruitment. The members of the office staff and administration seem respectful and efficient and there is a good policy of communication. Customer care, in general, is of a high quality and we are fortunate to have the assistance of an exceptional care provider who is extremely professional, communicates well, delivers an excellent service and always promotes positive well-being.

The best care company I have ever come across with the best carers and the best admin staff. I have previous companies and they were all up to no good. Avante is the best and you will get no better.

The care staff are generally excellent but the Management leaves much to be desired. Visit times vary, are not always within agreed parameters and we are not always informed of changes. There are no regular carers for more than a few days. Occasionally the agency is unable to provide any carer. We recognise that there will be changes to carers due to days off, holidays or sickness but these should be the exception. There should be a basic template of scheduled visits/carers. There seems to be no geographical grouping of clients so carers are travelling backwards and forwards causing more disruption to visit times.
Happy with regular carers and some new ones but not all new ones.
They are always on time, very encouraging, very cheery, friendly and cater for my every need. I am extremely pleased with Avante and don't know now what I would do without them! All office staff are courteous, helpful and very efficient.
Mostly good service carers are very good but office staff tend not to be as good. Sometimes they forget to say if my carers have changed and sometimes are unreachable.
Some difficulty because of so many different carers but I do understand (holidays etc). Some very pleasant visits with laughter.
However, sometimes the carers are let down by some office staff they are not told information relating tome or how to enter my home. I am also not told when carers will be late, held up on the call before or when there is a change in carer or times but on the whole, the company offer good service compared to others I have had in the past. Timesheet information could be printed.
