He also sits on the board of trustees for Now! Charity, which supports residents in East Sussex facing disadvantages, such as poverty, a lack of qualifications or health issues.

Karen has been a part of the Lodge Group family since 2016. She began working at Lodge Group as a domiciliary carer and now has over 15 years of experience in health & social care. Karen became our on-call Care Coordinator in 2018 and is the first point of contact for our carers and clients' emergencies out of hours. She is an integral part of the team, with indispensable knowledge of social care and a kind, understanding nature, ensuring our clients always feel they are in good hands. Read less
