Overall Experience
My mum is 91, she needs help 4 times a day.
My mum has been left in bed to 11 o'clock and sometimes later, where they should be there at 9 am, sometimes they don't turn up, so no food nothing to drink and she has missed her morning pills, and today in bed to 1.30 pm,1st of May.
I have phoned many times. I have heard every excuse under the sun, you phone, they don't answer and when you do get through never phone you back.
And some days they don't even turn up but they take your money.

The worst company I have been with. I would not recommend to anyone.
