I would just like to say My mum is 94 she broke her leg two years ago I had to get adult social services in They told me about this company They made an appointment Victoria made an appointment Which was in no time She set up a care plan Which works great
If I have appointments I just ring and speak
to Marie It's never a problem
Some times I ring just for advice

Care Quality Services have been caring for my Mum for 3 years now, assisting her once a day at breakfast time. My Mum has a consistent team of carers so she knows them well and they know how to provide for her needs as she can get very anxious They are all very caring , friendly and professional and
Mum enjoys their company and conversations with them. The office staff are all very approachable, polite and helpful. The App is very good indeed. It gives me peace of mind as I know when the carers have arrived and the visit report informs me of how my Mum has been that morning. I would definitely recommend Care Quality Services to others.

Care Quality Services have been caring for my mum for eight months now, assisting her four times a day. They are all very caring and considerate to my mum who has Alzheimer's and can sometimes be confused and upset. They are professional and well trained carers.
The admin staff I have dealt with are
polite, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They have adjusted mums care plan without any fuss to suit her ongoing needs on more than one occasion. They have been accessible either by email or face to face for a more detailed discussion and provide helpful advice.
The app is really useful to me as it gives me peace of mind to know that a visit has been made and mum has received the care she needs with a short report also.
I highly recommend Care Quality Services.

Care Quality have cared for my gran for 2 years now . I have met a couple of her regular carers and they are always very professional and polite. My gran is happy with the service and always loves a good natter with them . As a family we are happy with the service .

The careers are very cheerful, good humoured and passionate about their jobs. They are dedicated to providing excellent person centred care. The management team are helping and are always happy to talk to sort out any issues or concerns. The app that is used is helpful to see who and when they are
due to arrive. My nanna has used this company for over a year and has received excellent care.

We have been using Care Quality Services for a number of years now to provide home care for my mother.
The level of service we have received has never been less than outstanding. From the ladies in the ground to the back office we have received a highly professional service with great communication
and support.
Carers have always been prompt and friendly and deal with the usual dementia associated emergencies without fuss.
This team always go above and beyond of what is required, highly recommended.

Now that my mother's circumstances have changed and that she needs more care, a particular staff member has upgraded my mum's care package to help mum and dad together. This has taken away a lot of stress within the family. This staff member has worked very hard to ensure that all new and essential
equipment is at hand and ready for use. The carers that attend to mum are highly professional, courteous and demonstrate high levels of care at all times. Again thank you to all the carer's you are all very much appreciated by my parents and myself.

I cannot speak to highly of the care and consideration I have received from this company. From the outset the office based team went out of their way to find what particular needs and care my wife required. My initial contact was with a care coordinator, she spoke with extreme confidence and she put
my mind at rest with the care my wife would receive. Since day 1 she has stayed in touch to ensure the standards were maintained. She is one of the hardest working individuals I have had in her pleasure of meeting and is an excellent ambassador for her company. Her back up team follow her example and also provide a first class service. The carers themselves are absolute angels and go out of their way to be extremely friendly and maintain the pride and dignity of my wife. We now consider the carers to be good friends and look forward to their visits. The coordinators try to maintain continuity so that normally we see the same team of carers. Communication is first-class.

You receive no rotas to tell you who is coming - as I work this is no help at all. Carers seem to do their own rotas or at least my sister's do. You get no feedback at all from the office staff. Please also note the address above may not be current.
