Happy with the staff coming in and the care they give me, checking I have food and do jobs around the flat for me.
Most of the carers are very kind and helpful, also cheerful, they are like friends.
Have had no complaints about the service, the staff always friendly and helpful, am always informed if staff member is going to be late from the office.
My mother, aged 83, has been looked after by the carers at Nurse Plus for a year. My mother is not the easiest person to get on with and the carers have been very kind, helpful and given her the professional care she has needed and they all have done things for her that wasn't on their jobs to do. The carers at Nurse Plus all do think beyond the call of duty. I am a carer myself so know when I see professional care being done, as I live in Cornwall the office at Nurse Plus have been keeping me updated as to mums health and being. I would recommend this agency to anyone that wants professional carers and they do care, it's not just "a job" to the carers at Nurse Plus, well done them.
Have always had very good service from Nurse Plus, friendly, caring, professional staff. Great care to make clients feel at ease, very helpful and always showed respect to my mum.
Nurse Plus have just started caring for my mother- so early days yet, but first impressions good and definitely better than others. More time and additional "little things" given that others would not have thought of.
The co-ordinators do their best to supply the same carer for my wife who has Alzheimer's. The carers are very conscious of her needs and I am satisfied with their skills etc.
Early days! Not yet a fortnight. First impressions good! Clean, efficient and obliging carers.
Satisfactory.
