We have found these carers very kind, sensitive and would be willing to help with anything. Fortunately, this is our first one so cannot compare. We have been with them for approximately 6 months, they have never let us down so all in all we are extremely pleased.

We've been with Old Friends Care now for about a month, and I have nothing but good things to say about this agency and it's carers. A thoroughly decent and professional service from the very start. We have regular carers who help me carry out personal care on my Dad, who is in the late stages of Dementia. All the carers are professional in their attitude and care. Very reasonable care package costs. This has been a very pleasant experience for me, as my expectations have been met and exceeded.
