Such charming and cheerful carers. Made me feel most comfortable, whatever they were doing. So willing to help with domestic jobs as well as personal care.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. They may not be the cheapest care agency in the area but they are probably one of the best.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive. I look forward to the service I receive. In 99% of visits, the carers are in a good mood and make the day better. On the rare occasions when the carer is late, I would ask that they use the phone to inform the client.
Punctual and caring carers - respecting dignity.
Nothing is too much trouble.
I am really sorry to be losing my locality manager who has been such a back up to the team.
The background team have moved to a head office location, thus it is too early to comment.
There have been many communication issues in the past, so this may improve things.

Meet the Team (4)
Head of Care at Prama
I have over 20 years of experience in the care sector, working with and supporting older people living with dementia, and physical disabilities, and those receiving end-of-life care. During my career, I have been a Registered Manager and a Regional Trainer. I am passionate about person-centred care, always placing the person at the centre of everything we do.
I have a Health and Social care background, which has seen me supporting people in the community for many years.
I am looking forward to supporting our clients and meeting many of them in the very near future.
Within my role, I will be supporting our staff with their day to day activities and personal development.
I will also be supporting our Registered Manager to ensure that we continue to be CQC compliant, that we deliver person centred care to a high standard in accordance to our ethos and statement of purpose.
I have achieved many qualification's during my career, including the NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care and a Social Workers degree.
I am a kind, friendly and approachable person, very passionate about my role, supporting clients and staff a like.
I am the Care Centre Manager and have worked at Prama for over 8 years and in Care for longer. I've had a number of roles here, starting as a Locality Manager with responsibility for my own clients and the care team, overseeing the delivery of care. I also help with auditing and referrals.
I now manage the Care coordinator team, answer client phone calls and coordinate the carer's schedules and rotas. I also look to ensure continuity of carers as we know this is important to our clients.
