Fine, no problems.
Satisfied with care but unhappy about the timing. I never know what time my carer will come, I would prefer a regular time say 8 to 8:30. I usually have either one or two carers and they are both good.
I find Premier Community Care very helpful to the deaf. As I am deaf in both ears caused by NHS infections when I was 7, so that's 1951. Since I cannot use the telephonee they send me a weekly rota with times and carers' names for m,e which is ideal, they also text me with any changes to my times. Premier care are just simply the best, also allow me to have my shopping carer at the same time every week so I can order it online and have it delivered.
The main carer we have is excellent. The timings have been very erratic recently, which can sometimes cause difficulty.
More than happy with all care. Pleasant staff, nothing too much trouble.
Cannot fault the care I receive. Girls are helpful, pleasant and caring. Cannot cope without them. After 5 years they are friends more than carers.
The carers that come into my home are exceptional! Caring and reassuring, showing so much compassion for everyone they look after. Carers became friends. I appreciate everything they do! Thank you! We need to look after them too!
In our experience as a family, everyone has been helpful, understanding and kind and a friend to both of us.
The girls who come in to see to my husband's needs are very polite and friendly. They are excellent at seeing to his needs and always chatting to him. They let him know exactly what moves they are going to make so that he is aware of what is going on. If we lost any of these girls I don't think he would cope with the change. The only downside is management don't tell us about any change to his call times or his carers.
