The girls who come in to see to my husband's needs are very polite and friendly. They are excellent at seeing to his needs and always chatting to him. They let him know exactly what moves they are going to make so that he is aware of what is going on. If we lost any of these girls I don't think he would
cope with the change. The only downside is management don't tell us about any change to his call times or his carers.
