The organisation of Mums care was efficient. The office staff are welcoming and friendly. Mum enjoyed the visits by the carers and it was reassuring for me.

Prestige have been care providers for the last 4 years firstly for my Mother-in-law until she went into a care home and then my Father-in-law until he died at home this month. They have been very supportive, have made suggestions for improvements and changes to their care as they deteriorated. Latterly
making 4 visits a day and staying longer on some visits as they always put their clients needs first. The regular carers have been wonderful as have the night carers when we used them.
I have found them to be very professional, quick to respond to changes and very supportive. The care was delivered with compassion. Thank you Prestige.

Prestige Care has been amazing care to an elderly couple. Husband died at home while Prestige cared for the wife and then cared for and supported her on the day of the funeral.

The lovely ladies who visited my elderly mother every afternoon for an hour and often took her out for a walk and coffee made a huge difference to her life, she was so much less stressed and anxious. Thanks.

The standard of care the staff have given my father over the last two years has been excellent. Always prompt and smartly dressed, the staff treated my Dad with the utmost dignity and tried to build a strong rapport with both my parents. The office has been absolute stars ensuring the availability of
staff at all times especially as my Dad was in and out of hospital sometimes being discharged at short notice. They always provided cover and remained positive despite the problems this must have caused to their rota. I highly recommend Prestige Care, Sleaford to anyone in a similar position.

Two carers have been attending my husband four times a day for the last 9 weeks of his life and also one-night carer when needed during the last two weeks. They were all amazing in the care they gave which was always sensitive and appropriate and their skill was appreciated not just by myself but the
other professionals involved during his terminal care.

Excellent care. Wouldn't have managed without your support for mother and ourselves.
It also allowed us to sleep so we could cope with mother and general household duties through the day. The continuity of care was a big must so the carer got to know us and we knew her and we felt comfortable with
her and we could rest and relax knowing our mother was looked after well. Thank you.

My mother is 95 and living independently in a flat. Over the Christmas and New Year period, she suffered health issues which resulted in her being admitted to hospital after 3 to 4 weeks of becoming increasingly frail. Prestige responded promptly to my mothers increasing care needs and were very caring
and committed. As well as providing care to my mother, they also gave me advice and support as I struggled to cope with the situation. Extremely helpful, flexible and positive.

It is very good to have my care dealt with by the same team of girls and not to have unknown carers arriving who do not understand my needs. The regular girls are excellent, nothing is too much trouble and they treat me with understanding and dignity at all times. I feel safe and comfortable with them.

  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.9 out of 5 from 9 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.746 for Prestige Nursing & Care (Sleaford) is calculated as follows: ( (49 Excellents x 5) + (5 Goods x 4) + (5 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 59 Ratings = 4.746
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').

    The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)

    The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Prestige Nursing & Care (Sleaford) is based on 9 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 + 0.1 = 4.9
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
