I often need to change visit times due to other commitments, yet they always manage to ensure that a familiar face is there to support me throughout the day. I have two carers who help me get up in the morning, followed by additional visits at lunchtime and teatime. In the evening, another carer helps me get back to bed and remains with me overnight to make sure I don't encounter any difficulties during the night.
My team of carers are always punctual, courteous, and helpful. They never complain, but instead consistently provide an exceptional level of support that keeps me healthy, happy, and independent. They have my sincere respect and gratitude.

My husband has dementia and looks forward to his weekly 4-hour visit from the carer. they seemed to hit it off on their first meeting. Weather permitting she takes him for a walk to either the library which has a cafe or to a local cafe, where he enjoys coffee and cake. On days when I have been downtown, people who know us both have told me that they have seen them out and that he was smiling, laughing and chatting away with her. At first, I felt guilty leaving with someone else but now I can go out relaxed knowing all is well.

Prestige has supplied carers for my husband for nearly two years. I can't fault the care taken to provide the same "team" as far as possible. His care plan is regularly reviewed. His smile when they arrive says it all, and I can enjoy some "me" time to recharge my batteries, knowing he's well cared for.

I was exhausted looking after my husband on my own. My husband has Lewis Body Dementia and after seven years I needed some support. Contacting Prestige Nursing & Care was the best thing I could have done. They have provided me with caring and professional staff. I am very pleased with the care mum is receiving from Prestige. Mum has the same carer for most of her visits, but if there is holiday cover it is always the same relief staff. She has a good continuity of care. I am emailed the timetable for the month as well as the branch providing a paper copy for mum. There is a regular review of care and they are quick to contact me if the carer has any concerns after a visit. I have found all the office staff competent, kind and cheerful. They are knowledgeable about the individuals they provide care for and I always find them very accommodating regarding any changes to times etc.

We used Prestige Nursing for both my parents. All the staff were so caring and understanding with dementia and severe anxieties. We were always contacted with any concerns. There was a continuity of staff, so my parents knew the carers but also the carers knew them. Equally, the office staff were brilliant, especially dealing with my mum's constant phone calls. I honestly do not know how we would have coped without this amazing team.

Prestige carers visited three times a week to prepare and cook lunch for me. They were always on time and cleaned everything up in the kitchen. On the visit, they kept me company and had a laugh, and asked me how I was doing. It made my day not so lonely because I had their company. Each one of the carers was always polite and patient and helped me into my comfortable chair before they left.

Prestige have been exemplary in the execution of a care package for a family member. Having previously received really poor service from another care company, Prestige took over and provided exemplary care. Our two regular carers are extremely helpful, polite, empathetic and professional. The office staff have communicated consistently and responded effectively. Meet the Team (6)
Ashley is our Director and Nominated Individual who comes to Prestige after a career as a Solicitor. He is responsible for governance, compliance, and marketing. In his spare time, he is a keen longboard surfer.
I have worked for Prestige since November 2000, so I am also part of the furniture now! In a nutshell, I have a busy role. I am responsible for the overall compliance/running of the branch and leading the team.
When I get time to sit still, you will usually find me with a head in my book or out with family. I love walks on the beach - rain or shine!
Kelly monitors and plans our homecare visits, and boy is she good at it! The rostering is a tricky job, and we have always compared it to the biggest jigsaw puzzle in the world, but Kelly is very organised and on top of things.
Kel has two gorgeous doggies and loves to spend time with family (particularly by the sea) when she isn’t working.
Beverley is our frontline person, visiting people and carrying out risk assessments to help plan care, as well as supporting staff by giving them the information they need to do their job outstandingly.
Family is the most important aspect of Beverley’s life, and when she is with them, she is as happy as can be. On days off, you’ll either find her with family or enjoying the great outdoor,s whatever the weather!
I think to summarise - I'm a complex care nurse and oversee our complex care clients. I transcribe their MAR charts, review their care plans and carry out monthly audits. I'm also responsible for a lot of our training and completing annual competencies.
My little boy keeps me busy, meaning when I’m not at work, we're normally outside playing with diggers!
Faye is responsible for monitoring and maintaining our compliance for our care team, along with completing some care plans and risk assessments, too.
In her spare time, Faye loves to spend time with family and friends, with evenings on the beach.
