The carers were very professional and efficient. Mum looked forward to their visits. Prestige were very good at consistently supplying the same team of carers which, in my view, is very important so that good relationships can be established.

Following my father's sudden illness in early December, he had to have respite in a care home and it was even thought he would not be able to return home. However, Prestige was able to assess and arrange carers for him very quickly and reassure me that he could go home. Dad was able to return home and
has been so much better since the carers started.
They are all kind and professional and communicate well with dad has the help he needs now which will help him stay at home where he is happier. Thank you to all at Prestige.

The ladies who came in to care for my mother were friendly and relaxed as they were not rushed on a tight schedule. There was a minimum of a one hour slot to ensure Mum did not feel pressurised. The carers were always exactly on time. If they had not phoned in to confirm arrival, Prestige would call
to enquire if they had arrived. The carers were professional and well groomed; the type of people you would welcome in your home. I felt they cared and were not there just to make their money and move on to the next job.
I had experiences with other care providers who were in and out in 20 mins or arrived 1- 2hrs later than anticipated. Had no idea what they should expect..... Shambles!!! Prestige, on the other hand, assessed Mum beforehand, advised me of the name of the carer, even enquired if Mum would prefer her to wear or not to wear a uniform. Once Mum was settled they would ask if I wanted them to vacuum, hang out washing etc. An excellent, well managed company.
Thank you to Prestige.

Prestige always keeps me updated with changes to the roster, even when short notice changes due to sickness.
The carers I have seen have always been tender and respectful of their client.
Even over Christmas, they have provided uninterrupted 24/7 cover.
The carers are always considerate of private
time when visiting.
I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige based on my whole experience of them to date.

My husband and I have had Prestige Nursing + Care (Plymouth) for many years, he also needs other care from another care company as my husband is very disabled. Prestige Nursing + Care (Plymouth) way surpass any other care company we have dealt with. They are always consistent with continuity of staff
and totally reliable. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and always contact us if anything is amiss. They have never let us down. I find them one of the best.
