Prestige Nursing & Care (Plymouth)

Prestige have been exemplary in the execution of a care package for a family member. Having previously received really poor service from another care company, Prestige took over and provided exemplary care. Our two regular carers are extremely helpful, polite, empathetic and professional. The office staff have communicated consistently and responded effectively. We have no complaints and recommend Prestige wholeheartedly.

It has been six months since I started to use Prestige Nursing + Care (Plymouth). It has gone by quickly. In the beginning, we contacted several caring firms and this was the one who answered the telephone politely and in a caring way. Considering everything, you came out first. I like to have the same person who is friendly, caring and does exactly what I ask for.

Prestige carers are caring, efficient and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers to do.

Excellent service. I use shopping and cleaning support every week and the occasional support to attend medical appointments. The staff are always courteous, friendly and deliver an excellent service.

The office staff are always friendly and helpful and always contact us if anything is amiss. They have never let us down. I find them one of the best.
